“A friend of mine and I had a lovely experience at Laffa Bar and Grill. The outside tent was spacious, the food is plentiful and delicious! I also like the changes they made indoors. It has a very nice ambiance. The Owners are warm and welcoming as well as each of the staff. Service with a smile..how refreshing! The Owners told us they deliver to our town in West Hempstead and cater! Looking forward to going back soon! Keep up the good work everyone!“

I walked in not knowing a thing about acai bowls and the wonderful worker Sam took the time to explain everything and give her personal favorites. “This is definitely my new favorite sushi spot. The person behind the counter is super friendly. After ordering I sat down expecting to wait a bit. less than 5 minutes later my sushi came out. Oh the sushi. I ordered the salmon lovers roll and they used a single piece of salmon to cover the roll. It looked amazing. And the taste. The rice was perfectly seasoned so I can taste the filling which were amazing. I attached pics so you can see how amazing it was. 11/10 would highly recommend .“

“No disappointment here...we were a party of two...from the moment we were immediately escorted to our table to the doggy bag, it was a perfect experience. House Knish, Overstuffed Pastrami and Brisket on Rye were exquisite. The waiter was extremely pleasant and so were the number of gentlemen staff who checked in with us before, during and after our sandwiches were delivered... Definitely worth checking into.“

“We had a Sheva brochos there and it was beautiful. The food was delicious the service was amazing and reasonably priced ! The most important thing for us was the accommodation they made for our fathers diet. He is salt free and they presented him with exactly the same menu as everyone with no salt and no fan fare. The caterer was truly gracious I'd make an affair there in a heartbeat!“

“I made a event in my store and we had many more people show up then we anticipated. We kept on calling stop chop and roll to bring more food and they were so quick and helpful we had the delivery guy come about 7 times in a 3 hour period.Highly recommend doing business with them“

“I’m a fan. I’ve had the chance to visit Central Pizza with friends, family and even a business associate. Every time it went well. Food was good, service was typical for this type of restaurant, everything is as expected. Keep your expectations in check and you will have a great experience. Because they have good pizza and good service it’s always busy so keep that in mind, as well. I think they make good pizza and excellent falafel.“

“I was in a super rush to get to the airport this morning and I had a family of eight to feed before I get there I called Moshe at the Giant bagel store and gave him the order over the phone and 10 Minutes later the food was waiting for me all packed in bags and boxes Moshe and his wonderful staff even his wife came to the rescue I can’t thank them enough. “This was one of the top 2 dinners we had both in the City and in the Hamptons this week and was also the least expensive. We couldn’t believe they have Chilean Sea Bass kabobs, and they are only $13 or $20 for a meal. Excellent. Also the dumpling chicken broth dill soup, baklava, hummus, pickles, fries, hot tea- literally everything was fresh and prepared to perfection. As other reviewers have written, this is a hole in the wall find, and I would come all the way to Queens to eat here again! Very near JFK. Service was fairly quick, clientele mostly large families, takes credit cards. Wonderful Israeli/middle eastern cuisine in a very casual atmosphere at very reasonable prices!“

Their off-the-menu iced teas are delicious, as their paninis, salads, sandwiches, baked goods, et al. Established in 2004, it's a warm, inviting, heimish, intimate and savory eatery further enhanced by the small painting of the Lubavitcher Rebbe's smiling countenance welcoming you.“

And the food is incredible. While waiting the owner handed us half a slice of the potato bomb which provoked anither slice purchase ?

“This kosher (under supervision of VHQ) catering hall does events like organizational dinner, bar and bat mitzvah parties and events like that. The hall seats maybe 110 people.

The basement has three tables, making it appropriate for affairs up to about 30 people. Food is very good. The atmosphere and service is ok.“

I have ordered and eaten at the restaurant dozens of times, taken out probably twice as much (and eaten 5x as many times at other places that ordered from Carlos and Gabbys) and ordered innumerable times to be delivered through Uber Eats. “Several things set Cho-Sen apart from other Chinese eateries, Kosher or not. Including the unique and crispy-delicious wonton strips - or in this case, wafers - that are on the table next to duck sauce. You won't want to again settle for the bland, noodle-shaped ones served everywhere else. These are in a class by themselves. As was the Sweet & Sour chicken. It wasn't my idea to order that, but I was glad we did because it was the best chicken I ever had in a Chinese restaurant. My two dining companions would agree. We could not believe how tasty the s&s nuggets were, but then, it's kosher chicken which is the best, right? The egg drop soup was also superb. The next time I go though, I will request that the eggplant come floating - not drowning - in garlic sauce. It was still tasty though. Next visit, I won't order steamed dumplings that we felt were too thick-skinned doughy (see my pic). And finally, the Lamb with veggies Special was good, but I think I prefer lamb at an Indian restaurant. These minor negatives were not enough to take away from a great meal, but enough to take away one star. I highly recommend Cho-Sen!!“

“My opinion is 8.3/10. Overall I did enjoy it for my first shashuka. $15 for hummus, 2 eggs and 2 pitas pockets. Overall fresh and enjoyable. “Jewel bagels has a great all around selection and quality of breakfast go-to's. Some highly recommended favorites of mine are : The whole wheat everything bagel with tuna and melted cheese, their fruit smoothies, and the Egg Combo that comes with Omelette, Bagel, Coffee,etc..

Great experience there and highly recommend if looking for a breakfast place in the area!

“A very good stop for kosher on the go. Stick withthe schnitzels, that's why the place has its name. The shwarma is a no go. Very large sandwich, very filling, reasonably priced. Very good customer service. The shug green sauce was out of this world. Though I usually won't eat feep fried foods, I can make an exception for Holy Schnitzel.“
