“We had dinner at Matsu on Friday......its a little gem in Hillsdale. We were pleasantly surprised, by the quality and quantity of the food. The Staff went out of their way to accommodate us. They very friendly and warm. It was a most enjoyable dinner. We have ordered food to takeout but hadn't been inside the restaurant since the pandemic.... We will definitely go again soon. “Really good sushi and a cute vibe on the inside. They have some pretty creative sushi options too like ones with Thai chilies and pesto?? I wasn't sure how I felt about the pesto on sushi when I tried it but I appreciate the creativity nonetheless. Would love to see one for people who really like spicy food. Also appreciate they have clear soup, one of my favs.
