“Some McDonald's can be hot and miss. Like any fast food restaurant, service times vary with customer density. This particular visit was quite quick for the amount of visitors. Overall a good experience. If I were to critique negatively, I would say that if you plan on using order numbers to identify who gets what, please give us the receipt to which the order number is on.“

“Picked up dinner Friday night. The place was busy. The employees were polite and friendly. Delivered my food with a smile and said, "My pleasure," when I thanked her for my food bag. It's good they have several gluten free option's.“

We live in a world where customer service lost its value. Covid hit, and we were faced with take it or leave it circumstances. The customer is no longer always right. This guy is running the show, if you read this and see him, let him know he is setting a good example for leadership and quality!“

“I wanted to comment on Colin at the Greece, NY location. Colin has a wonderful personality and I watched him interact with customers while I was waiting for my order. When Colin saw an elderly customer coming towards the front door, he went to help the gentleman come in! The customer was a Veteran and Colin also thanked him for his service! It was amazing for such a young man to do that! I felt like I had to tell someone about the great experience I had. Thank you!“

“Alright, let’s set the record straight on this restaurant. Anyone questioning the owner’s integrity just doesn’t know the half of it. This place is all about positive vibes, fantastic service, and reasonable pricing. Now, they do have a note on the menu that pricing is subject to change, and sure, sometimes the menu isn't always updated right on the dot. But let’s be real: the value you get more than makes up for a minor price tweak here and there. I’ve had them cater events for me multiple times and it's been flawless. No shams, just an honest, fantastic spot.“

“The brisket was seasoned to perfection, my son loved the pulled pork he loved the macaroni and cheese….I loved the Cajun corn my daughter loved the mashed potatoes and gravy, the cornbread was so good I’m from the south we love sweet cornbread and my son devoured the potato salad the baked beans were so good…we’ll be back for sure.“

“I ordered me a little baja blast slushy thingie and it was absolutely orgasmic i enjoyed it until the very last sip. my Cinnabon delights however were a tad bit overcooked which is why this one doesn’t get 5 stars. the worker was also very understanding after i had a mental breakdown over breaking my straw and gave me a new one FOR FREE.“

“Don't like not being able to see the product they were using for our sandwiches, due to the metal piece blocking the glass of the sneeze guard.
Which is why the low grade for service !!!!
The asst. Mgr was great and made a good sandwich which was to corporate stds, and was very attentive too
I would recommend the young man making sandwiches be shown how to properly wrap a sand without squashing the sandwich though. I would hate to be the guy opening the squashed pancake for his lunch.“

“I went to subway in spencerport saturday, nov 1st around 445 pm. There were 2 female employees working and they were both very nice. I ordered a footlong veggie sub\nand the lady who prepared it did an excellent job. i usually go to long pond rd in Greece because i live very close to that location. This was my first time at the spencerport location. I was a very good experience and i will return when i am in that area.“
