I gave 5 stars for “Atmosphere”(it is a pick-up only pizza shop)…because the busy crew behind the counter making your delicious order is friendly, entertaining and interesting to watch!

“New to the area and this pizzeria was suggested to us. We ordered a sheet pizza on July 4th ( which other restaurants sometimes won't do) with a pick up at 3 pm. Walked in at 3:00, pizza was done and piping hot. Everyone at the party devoured the pizza and not one piece left lol. Will definitely order again from this pizzeria!“

“Been patronizing this location for about 15 years. The Pizza is Always consistent as it’s the only thing we order. Haven’t tried any of the other menu options but they do look good. Dough is house made which makes it a real pie . The owner is Justin and he’s really nice. If you order the pizza no matter the toppings, you won’t be disappointed. Great flavor and filling. Pricing is avg. nothing out of the ordinary and worth it“

“Walked here from vitale park. When you walk in, you can see the slices available. There was pepperoni and cheese slices in there. We ordered one cheese slice, one pep slice, mottz sticks, cheese garlic bread, fried dough bites, chicken tenders and fries. The wall paper is literally peeling off the walls at the seams, and curling around. The younger girl that took my order was good at her job. Well when the slices came out, they put cupped pepperoni on plain cheese pizza that wasn’t anywhere near fresh, no one came in after I ordered, so idk if they have a pizza in the back and keep the one up front for looks or what but the pizza was sub par. The mottz sticks taste like they just came out of a freezer, and the fried dough bites were lacking powdered sugar. I’ve had a decent share of good expierences with pizza Paul’s, but this tine wasn’t good.“

“Called at 3 pm yesterday, ordered a Large and 24 wings to be delivered at 6pm. I personally feel Perris is the second best in the city after Carbones, but that White Pizza with extra cheese and bacon and them wings half medium and half country sweet, BEST PIZZA I'VE HAD IN YEARS!!! “Kudos to the Ice Man in the fresh fish department at the Canandaigua Wegmans! A very nice and extremely knowledgeable young man took the time to talk fish with my sister and I this past Sunday. He was icing down the fresh fish display, hence the name Ice Man. I'm sorry to not have given him the courtesy of asking his name. We weren't familiar with Char and by the time he explained the fish we were hooked. We each bought a whole fish. The flavor and texture are amazing I called this evening to inquire as to availability and a very nice lady named Audrey will have an answer tomorrow morning as to whether they'll have more this Sunday. I can shop at 3 other Wegmans that are much closer to home but I absolutely love the selection available at the Canandaigua store. A great team of knowledge people!“

“We love Joe’s. Best pizza around. We were out during the storms and decided to order. First time we did it on line as we usually eat in. We got there and the very flustered gentleman told us it was extremity busy and didn’t know when he could take our order. (Place was empty, but I guess he meant orders) My husband said we did it on line and the gentleman said - oh /it’s up there. Then tried to charge us but we already paid on line. Now it may have been a crazy day - so giving him grace. But when we got home - we were shocked at the lack of pepperoni on our pepperoni pizza. There were a couple of slices that had one pepperoni. This is our first time ordering pepperoni so maybe that’s the amount that is on the pizza? But you should warn people so that have the opportunity to double it because it was kind of a joke. Other than that, still the best pizza I’ve ever had. The crust is unbelievable. Trying to post pics but won’t load.“

“Margherita Pizza was good. Coffee was great. Ricotta appetizer was great. Service (Connor) was excellent. We were certainly tended to! Atmosphere is roomy but cozy and not loud at all.

Update, we ate here tonight (a few years after that previous trip) and it was even better. Laura was our waitress and she's a treat! Delmonico steak special was fantastic, with cheesy bacon mashed potatoes. Steak was fatty but it was great fat. Pics to come!“

“Google must be giving out "local guide" status to anyone because Anthony Viscusi is horribly misinformed and possibly blind. The dough at pontillos is NOT frozen. The staff at pontillos makes the dough fresh every morning. There is an entire room in the corner of the dining area with glass walls where employees make the dough. In fact if you come in early enough, usually just after opening, you can watch them make the dough through the glass for yourself. Please remove Anthony Viscusi from being a local guide as he is obviously a terrible critic.“

“We usually do pick up. but on Friday nights it grts ctamped in there. They should switch the otder on pick up to opposite end. Then have them call you when pizza is done. Or use a pager system. With the bar right thete it gets very uncomfortable waiting. Id rather wait outside or in my car. And way we usually order pizza and wings. We the the charlie pizza. I have only had an isdue one time where it seemed under done. We live how the crust gets just that perfect crunch. And the flavor is amazing.
