When you are going through the drive-thru, you pass the telecom panel, which will ask if you will be using the app. You answer, give your order. Go to the next window to pay for your order, and you move to the third window and grab your food. They are coordinated and synchronized that the line moves and you do not wait long.

Vegetarian options: Some items such as salads without meat; french fries, pancakes. You can get breakfast sandwiches without meat. Oatmeal.

Parking: There are limited parking slots, but sufficient street parking is in the front and side of the restaurant.“

“Went to pick up breakfast there and usually see a few people working, today it seemed like only one person, felt bad for him, but as i was getting my order and ready to leave saw another person. The food is good like any other burger king, ordered through mobile app and went inside store to pick up. The server was very friendly, even with the lack of help.“

“Delicious with great service. Back home to Scotland tmrw and had to come here one last time☺️/ jumped the gun with this review because I based on it on the previous night. Our female server should get a raise for her care and consideration. However the male server was highly unprofessional. He was shouting and swearing at a game and playing on his phone while dealing with us. Gave the general impression that he was annoyed there were customers. Only other bugbear was there were two lots of music being played over the top of each other. Please pick one and stick to it.“

“My wife and I visited Handcraft Burgers and Brews for my birthday this past weekend. As soon as my wife opened the menu she knew that I was going to have to try the burger of the month which was a peanut butter and grape jelly topped hamburger with jalapenos, bacon and cheese. Admittedly I have never had peanut butter and jelly on a burger before but I figured I would try something new and see what all of the hype was about. Turns out, I loved it! Every bite was so flavorful and completely made my birthday lunch a worthwhile venture! We also tried the tater tots, because who doesn't love a good tater tot. We could have chosen from multiple dipping sauces but we decided to go with the garlic aioli and I am glad we did. I dipped each of my tater tots in the sauce and there was plenty for both of us to share. We were helped by Vanessa at the restaurant and she was very accommodating when I was having trouble using a coupon that I had for my birthday. All in all this was a wonderful choice for my birthday lunch and when we are in the area again I would definitely stop by and perhaps try the latest burger of the month along with some tater tots and garlic aioli dipping sauce of course!“

“I had such a wonderful experience at Royale. First it has an awesome bar and restaurant indoors and the space outdoors is beautifully decorated. I have celiac disease and they had the most delicious gluten free nachos (made on site) ever! They were perfect. I was so happy I could have them and they were excellent! Great atmosphere and food! Good if you’re looking for a vegan or vegetarian option. On the expensive side, and there’s definitely better places in the area.

“We dined at Ocean Prime before a 7pm play and to celebrate our anniversary. Our waiter, Gordon was terrific and very helpful in navigating the menu and getting us out in time for the show. We both had the $65 pre-show fixed price meal - filet mignon and blackened snapper. Both were very good. We were offered an additional dessert for our anniversary.“

“Rippers is located in a concession area in rockaway beach so it is a fun, Open atmosphere consist of picnic tables outside under a covered area. I find that the food is very good. Burgers chicken fries. I can just have fries .. I think that they are excellent. They used to sale a whole fish that was divine. There are drinks , wine beer. They often play music and have live entertainment.. they typically close in late summer for winter.“

“Good for the price and what it is - super simple burgers, bigger than a snack but not enough for a full meal. Classic and house are both great, house just uses more of a mayo based sauce. Fries taste like McDonald’s fries. 3 burgers and 1 fries same out to just over $20 which is pretty amazing in NYC. Favorite smash burger is still NADC!“

“Food was great and the cooks were kind. But the waiter with the dreads was one of the most rudest cashier/waiters I’ve ever dealt with. He had an attitude the whole time. It looked like he didn’t want to be there. You would ask him a question and he would just nod his head and look at you as if you’re stupid. Really rude. With my experience working and customer service with food. We’re supposed to make the customers feel welcome to the restaurant and not rude.

Even if you’re having a bad day, learn how to turn that switch for a company who’s paying you to press buttons on a tablet.
