“This is one of our favorite places to eat and/or drink. The food is always outstanding. Although we were first disappointed to be seated in the back room, we soon realized that a fundraiser for Detective Diller's family was going on and we were happy to be able to listen to Mariano on the Piano. “Came here with a few friends on a Friday night as I heard it has a new owner. It’s a smaller place but is welcoming and nicely decorated. There were a bunch of other people there but the vibe was drinks with friends rather than loud/rowdy as some sports bars can get.Drinks and service were great! They have an impressive beer selection.We had the BBQ wings, red flatbread (which is actually a circular pizza and not a small rectangle as I’ve seen at other places), steak Gorgonzola Mac and chicken tenders. Everything was cooked really well and delicious! Gorgonzola and steak was a nice combo with the Mac and cheese. Chicken tenders were crunchy and very tender, clearly not something that was bought premade and frozen. Will definitely be back to try some other menu items and look forward to using their patio area in the warmer weather!Parking: They have a lot alongside the building, and plenty of street parking“
“Spectacular all around. Came with a large party of 20 people and our waiter was the most hardworking, friendly and efficient. He made sure no one had an empty drink on the table, and remembered what everyone ordered. Bartenders are phenomenal as well made a perfect espresso martini. Can’t wait to come back and try more food on the menu, lots of options for everyone. Beautiful, spacious ambiance with outdoor seating accompanied by live music. Everybody had an awesome night here. Highly recommend!“
“I went on 3/17 for St Patrick’s Day. I got the corned beef and cabbage. The corned beef was cut more on the thin side which I like. It was slightly fattier than I prefer but not terrible. The flavor was good, you could taste that it had been brined for some time. The cabbage was cooked well. The potatoes were red potatoes which was a nice touch and they were soft but still a little firm like I like. Everything was good except they put a sweet sauce that I couldn’t really identify on top of everything. I really didn’t like that but it was so minimal I could ignore it. They gave a piece of irish soda bread which I appreciated. Also the dish was 21 which was fairly priced and I feel like you got a good amount of meat which is really the costly part of the dish. Overall a good experience.“
“I'm a person of few words (Usually) , but I must say a few things that back up my description of Vchsning times. This establishment is top shelf ! Bar none ! The food was excellent ... corned beef was generously portioned and delicious. Hamburgers were great and fill your plate. The service is the just superb. The owner took time (note ...the place was packed) ... to introduce me to an Irish Whiskey ... by bringing me a sampler. ... which was great and because they were crowded ... you waited a bit, however, the waitress provided us with 2 full salad dishes on them for what turned out to be only a 5 minute delay. “We stopped in a few times in the last few months. We all enjoyed every meal we had. The service was good, the TV's are plentiful. Just wish there was a little bit of sound deadening, it's always too loud and echoing for my taste, but I am not such a young person. I would suggest giving the place a try, it's is worth it.“
“A great hangout, not over-blown or dramatic. Simple place to grab a beer, enjoy some good food and relax. If you're a beer drinker, and are sick of the 1 million IPA brands, check out a true UK beer called "Old Speckled Hen". This is the only place I've seen on Long Island that has it on tap! Oi! “When we came in, the host put us at the table right next to the man singing & playing guitar, when there were plenty of other places to put us. We asked to move upstairs and it was pretty empty up there. The music was loud even on the second floor. Our drinks came out relatively quickly, same with our food. My Fiancé had the Mac and cheese burger, which he loved. I had the corned beef sandwich special, which was amazing! The server was there when we needed him and he was very attentive. Overall we had a great time.“
“This place has some major positives and 1 pretty bad negative. If you are looking for some great apps and drinks this is your place. Love the atmosphere, selection of beer, servers always nice but overwhelmed. However something happeneds to the place when it's time for main courses. It changes into different quailty completely. I think honestly it comes down to a dirty grill, and oil not changed out enough. So this problem might not be exsistant in a few days, but if it continues ew. Every app is fire, and almost every entree is inedible. I'll keep going for the apps and drinks though.“
“Great location in the heart of Huntington. The atmosphere is quite nice. We had very good service. You might want to come early on a Friday or Saturday might as it does get busy very quickly.The pretzels are a must. We enjoyed the tater tots and the chicken pot pie.“
