“Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday. Surprised that this isn't one of those spots with a long wait as the space is open and inviting, the service good and the food very good. We had a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and a shrimp po boy. Both excellent. Will come back for sure“

“Went on a whim and I’m glad I did. They have an amazing selection of German and American micro brewed beer plus some awesome happy hour prices. If you live in the area or commonly come to Greenpoint, make Torst a stop on your travels. Friendly staff and reasonable prices make this a must visit for any beer and wine aficionado in your life. You won’t regret it!“

“My date and I were cruising around looking for a bar to dive into. Found this spot. Music and DJ were lit, even tho it was only like 4-6 ppl there while we were there(8:30 - 9pm). The food was delicious. I had the stuffed plantain w/o cheese, and my date had the fish and chips. Fish was fried to golden perfection, and the fries were seasoned and had a great crunch to em. My date was super nice to let me nimble off his plate ?and my stuffed plantain was so delectable! Will definitely come back?“

“I absolutely adore this spot! The theater seats are plush and incredibly comfortable. The ticket prices are very budget-friendly, making it a great value. Their happy hour specials are fantastic—just $32 for two beers, wings, and popcorn, including the tip. The burger was flavorful and perfectly cooked; I added cheese and fries to make it even better. However, I wish it had pickles—something tangy to balance the flavors felt missing.“

“This neighborhood bar has become one of my top spots in Brooklyn! The vibes are amazing whether you choose to sit in their large outdoor seating area or at a cozy table inside. The food is so good at both brunch time and dinner time, and we love the cocktails. Definitely one of my all-time favorites!“

“An eclectic but delicious menu all-around, with options for everyone and the fact it’s all kosher makes it even more impressive. One of the best chicken Caesar salads I’ve had at a restaurant, wings were small but plentiful and saucy, and the Korean chicken and waffles were great. Our friend’s brisket sandwich was gone in no time. Can’t wait to come back and try a whole new set of menu items!“

“First time I came here, and let me say the server for my table, he was great. My group started off with the starter tray and mix of different appetizers, which was good. But when my Taco's came out and I took a bite, yea. The tacos were my favorite. Definitely recommend it, and their drinks were top 👌🏼

“This place is so comforting, the food, drinks,sitting, and the service. I've been there 3xs this week. The food is based on pretzels, like sliders, sandwiches, etc. You will love it.
Parking: Construction is around the area. Don't let that worry you.

“Dropped in for a Tubular Tursday (refreshing $10 Mai Tais all day Thursdays!) and got the shrimp po’ boy, which was delicious with just the right amount of spice. Fries were hot n’ crispy, plated beautifully. My partner loved the pulled pork sandwich! The staff were attentive and kind, and the vibes were laid back and lovely. A great find a short walk from Prospect Park!“

“I forgot my credit card at That Bar before a show at the Barclay Center. After the show I went back there and the very kind Jade did a lot to find the credit card. Thank you very much Jade! Great bar with the best wings I've ate so far.“

“Fun local bar with a nautical theme.Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.The mixed drinks were great and beer selection had a good options.Bar food was decent variety (including seafood options to keep with the theme) Got the burger (which came with friends). On the smaller end but taste good.They do charge extra (3.5%) for credit card.“
