“I had my birthday/retirement celebration at I Square Wine Reserve Saturday night. Sara the event coordinator and Mike helped me make my plans. It was fabulous. Appetizers were delicious and the.Arancini’s were amazing. Everyone was complementing the chef. I was so happy to celebrate my special occasions there. A big thank you again to Mike and Sara and Olivia our bartender .👋👋👋“

“Although my order was right, staff was friendly and my food tasted decent, that's not was this is about .... I feel like I am eating in a barn… I'm sitting at the furthest table from the kitchen as possible… There looks to be about 12 people working and I think they are ALL talking at the same time… They are definitely using their outdoor voices & it's very distracting… They are yelling to announce that guests are coming in the door, they are yelling, "Welcome to Wendy's!" to greet customers that are walking in, they are yelling names out customers whose orders are ready, they are yelling about taking the trash out because it shouldn't be sitting on the floor, they are yelling out things they need for drive-thru orders, they are yelling about someone needing to check the dining area... I just can't listen to any of this yelling anymore... I'm taking my sandwich to the car where it's quiet & relaxing ! 😳😡“

“I’ll preface this by saying that I’ve had garbage plates from Dogtown & Nick’s (the OG). I got a half-plate, which was still a huge portion weighing probably four pounds, with mac’n’homefries and cheeseburger topped with the cinnamon (mild but tasty) meat sauce and “a little bit” of onions, mustard, and ketchup. This was BY FAR the most delicious garbage plate I’ve ever had. I will ABSOLUTELY be coming back here. And it’s less than a 10-minute, quick’n’easy drive from Rochester General Hospital (so skip the Wolfgang Puck despite the convenience). I will add that the young woman who took my order was kind and friendly. The meal “to-go” was ready in less than 4 minutes. And the food was delicious, not at all greasy—literally PERFECT“

“This was our first time trying The Gate House and we were impressed! We came on a Thursday afternoon with no reservation and were seated right away. Our server was prompt and attentive immediately and continued through the duration of our meal. We tried the Xerox pizza as well as the Duffy burger and both were 10/10! Absolutely delicious. “Moo’d Burger Bar is an amazing spot! Each burger my group got was phenomenal. I got the 585 burger which I would highly recommend if you like garbage plates. The garlic fries as a choice of side was a good addition to the meal as well. After our meal we had to get dessert since that is what this place is truly known for and it definitely did not disappoint! Their ice cream desserts are second to none in the area and I would go again just for that.“

“We always try to go to Tom Wahls when passing thru the Rochester area, even going out of our way a little we make a point to go atleast once or twice a year. I have been to a few other locations over the decades, and always found them clean, organized and a friendly staff. First time at this location did not quite live up to the standards of the others had set, but to be fair I think we just came at a bad time. It was loud and chaotic when we came in with several messy tables. The cashier seemed impatient with us and to not be paying attention as we kept having to repeat our order as he stared off to the side unsure we were heard (just 2 people getting a burger frie and drinks nothing crazy. My burger had an insane amount of mayo, not sure what happened there but it was almost a comical amount on both sides, easy to scrape some off and still enjoy the burger. My spouce really enjoyed his mushroom burger.

I do have to give them some credit as there was a group from a baseball team leaving as we parked and when we came in a dozen todlers with only two adults for supervision who didn't seem to have any control of them running around by the order counter and dineing room and that is clearly not the staffs fault and was probably very overwhelming for the staff also and it wouldn't be fair to judge under those circumstances, service industry can be unpredictable and overwhelming.

If your thinking of checking out this location know there may be loud messy kids there but its worth it because Wahls has really great unique burgers, the best creemy rootbeer and a fun retro vibe....and mabey order your mayo on the side. I wish there were a location closer to Buffalo.“

“Alright, let’s set the record straight on this restaurant. Anyone questioning the owner’s integrity just doesn’t know the half of it. This place is all about positive vibes, fantastic service, and reasonable pricing. Now, they do have a note on the menu that pricing is subject to change, and sure, sometimes the menu isn't always updated right on the dot. But let’s be real: the value you get more than makes up for a minor price tweak here and there. I’ve had them cater events for me multiple times and it's been flawless. No shams, just an honest, fantastic spot.“

“Reunion of a few hockey players from the 1970's for lunch today . Our waitress was Molly and she was (Johnny on the Spot) from ordering to getting refills on our drinks . We were very pleased with the Tenders , French Onion soup and the Burgers ! Even the popcorn was great . The $11.99 lunch menu was perfect . Molly was one step ahead of us whatever we needed and it cost us about HALF of what we paid at Distillery on our previous lunch .

I was at one of ther locations during my early military service and the food quality, wasteland customer friendly environment is outstanding. Im from buffalo and this place is worth the travel. “The only fast food we ever purchase is the occasional Impossible Whopper with cheese. Sounds simple, right? But not all locations deliver the same level of care and attention as this one. The staff here are always pleasant, and my Impossible Whopper is consistently excellent—every single time. Kudos to this team for caring about what they do and getting it right!“

“A "neighborhood bar and grill" with much better food, drinks, and service. I've been there over a hundred times and love the consistency in the experience. The dining room is separate from the bar area if you want a quieter environment, but there are also tables in the bar area and outside. It's also great for take-out - the online ordering is a little flaky (hint: check out as guest and don't try to make an account) but you can always call your order in as well.
