“This was my first time ordering from Joe's. Im sorry i didn't order sooner! i ordered the All American Hero with a side of Onion Rings. Holy cow, the size of this hero was massive! I could only handle half of it. It was delicious! I went for this place because it allowed special requests and I didn't want cheese but wanted extra mayo. They fulfilled my request accurately. It was dinner time when I ordered and yet still arrived timely and hot, and Im not that close as I live in Centereach. I devoured all the onion rings, they were too good to leave behind. definitely recommend and definitely will order again!“

“I've been trying to keep to strict social distancing due to my son's grandparents that he has interaction with due to his father being an "essential" worker. I am healthy and at minimal risk but my worry for others has kept me home for most of this. But, my poor son had a serious case of cabin fever and has been begging for Jersey Mike's so we ventured out. Thankfully your online ordering is painless and I was able to pay online which limited the contact ✔. When I got there, I left my teenage son in the car to limit his contact and I didn't think I'd need help running in and out, as the order was already ready. 👍I was greeted by the same friendly faces in this particular building (I'll drive extra to go to this shop because friendliness and courtesy are a very big deal to me). 😃 I had ordered drinks and on instinct I reached in the bag to grab them..with the gloves I had worn to go inside. I stood there for a half second in slight panic when I heard the gentleman behind the counter. He offered to replace the cups because he had seen my reaction. He insisted even though I tried to deny the offer because it was my own silly fault. I got my son's favorite root beer (one of the other reasons my son loves Jersey Mike's lol) and practically sped all the way home. While this all seems trivial on a normal day...the kindness and awareness that gentleman showed helped me through my anxiety through the situation. Normal is no longer "normal" and his job is stressful I'm sure...But he still paid attention to his guests, he quickly addressed an issue before I could even register it was one fully, and he made my day. I couldn't give him a hug, and nobody wants to see a random lady crying in the middle of a sandwich shop...but I wanted to make sure the store got the recognition it deserved. Thank you for making my stress a little less stressful and for being a place I can trust in the midst of this insanity.“

“This was my first time to this Subway. I've been to bad ones before where I've gotten sick so I stopped eating it for awhile but I had a random craving for Subway today. I came in around 11:30 am. There was one man ahead of me. The clerk finished with him much faster than I expected. I noticed the store was very clean. The atmosphere was comfortable. I happened for some reason to look at their prepping boards and they were pure white which actually calmed my fear about getting sick. I ordered a philly cheesesteak with provolone cheese, lettuce, onions, sweet peppers, pickles, black olives and jalapeno (like I said random craving) He made a joke when he rung up my order and said $125.40 instead of $12.54 I laughed and asked him his name. He told me his name is Rocky. He printed my receipt and said if I do the survey on the receipt I could get a free cookie. I went on the website right then and there and answered the questions. Rocky even helped me and I got a free cookie. Rocky had great customer service. He made me feel welcomed. Oh and the sanidwich? was awesome! Perfect amount of toppings to complement the steak. “I work in the mall for 4+ years and I think Charlie’s the best place to eat compared to other options. A beautiful worker, Sonny, has been there what feels like everyday. Every time I go she always has amazing energy and slides an extra sauce! She goes out of her way to make someone’s day. “I visit this Subway regularly. I have never had any issues with service or food quality. Friendly staff clean restaurant and good amount of seating. I've noticed over the years that it may have changed ownership a couple of times but still no issues and was a seamless transition. I would recommend this location to others as one of the better stores as I have been to a few which do not stack up as well. It is a convenient location in a strip mall with plenty of other shopping nearby.

Parking: Parking is reasonable. Being tucked in a strip mall makes parking abundant. Handicap accessible parking is available too.“
