“We had a fantastic dinner at the Brewhouse last night. The food, service was excellent. Our server did a very good job. We highly recommend this place. Our only complaint was that we spent in excess of $200 for dinner and drinks, we were charged .50 cents for an additional dressing for the Baja Chicken bowl. Seriously the management feels the need to charge this after pouring it from a giant container in the kitchen?? We were told that this the policy. Management/owner should review this absurd charge after you spend decent money. This should be absorbed elsewhere and not openly charged to customers on the bill.
$27.00 dish and you cant include two tablespoons of sauce?

“I was greeted by the most pleasant, professional young lady named Ayanna. She immediately brought us to the table of our choice and then inform us that she would also be our server. She did not leave until she informed us of menu options that she thought we might be interested in and asked us if there was anything that we needed right away. When I told her to give us a little bit of time, she pleasantly agreed and did hesitate to frequently check on us to see if she could meet our needs. I ordered a cocktail for myself and a drink for my son, who accompanied me, and we placed our dinner order. Our food was served promptly and it was hot and delicious. Throughout dinner, she checked on us frequently to ensure we had everything that we needed. She also made pleasant conversation which I greatly appreciated as this was my first time at an Applebee’s location. She has gained you a customer for life. The food and the atmosphere was wonderful, but Ayanna definitely may be experience worthwhile.“

“We did our wedding luau celebration Sept 13. From booking with Holly to the end of the night everything was perfect. Holly explained all our options and answered all our questions. The price was right the food superb, Anthony bartended for us and he was great. No one, and there was 50 of us, waited for a drink. He set water out and helped us hang decorations. Holly was also there the whole time and I'm sorry I didn't get the 2nd servers name, but everyone was fantastic. Lily's, that's your dream team. Anyone looking to book a party here, do it, you will not be disappointed!“

Aside from that I had accidentally left my purse at the dinner table while taking a call and my party had left without knowledge that my purse was there. Before i could notice i was already an hour away. The manager at this location and his staff were very helpful with this issue. He was extremely thorough in explaining what menu items were gluten-free and took great care to ensure there was no cross-contamination. I really appreciated his attention to detail and how knowledgeable he was about the menu. Matteo checked in with us just the right amount—often enough to make sure we had everything we needed, but never intrusive. He was friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. “We've had great experiences at Nu. It's a quiet spot, usually, and the food is really great. We always get filet mignon or their pork chop, which is fabulous. Their wine list is great, and the service is always top notch. I'm kind of a snob when it comes to service. I like to have great service but also be left alone, which is exactly what they do. The servers have always been attentive and professional. They know what to recommend and can advise you on the menu. I have to repeat. Their food is GREAT! although I do always order the filet mignon. It's the best .“

My husband had the rubs which were so tender snd delicious. The wings were cooked perfectly and sooooo delicious. I will definitely be back - drinks were good too!“
