“Maria’s Sans Rival cake lives up to the meaning of its name, undoubtedly unrivaled. It was made of sheets of chewy meringue loaded with crunchy cashew nuts, alternating with thick layers of “melt-in-your mouth” buttercream. Glad it was not too sweet that I was able to enjoy large servings of this delightful dessert. Great with coffee or tea.“

“I went in to buy a cake and they were pretty nice, a lady there immediately asked me what I was looking for and I got my cake in like 5 mins the cashier was kinda shy but nice as well. “Love this place. It is a hidden gem in the neighborhood. We ordered the pistachio and grapefruit. We can taste the natural fruit and some pulps in the grapefruit gelato. The pistachio is all natural pistachio. No crazy green coloring and the nut is roasted. We will come back to try the black sesame and coconut next time.“

The tres leches is not too sweet, and the frosting complements the cake as well. It’s overall a very well rounded cake.

The service is spectacular as well — they can prepare an order for you in no time, and will decorate it and ensure that it is beautiful. All the while being as friendly as possible.

Your staff immediately came to the front, welcomed both of us with kindness, and explained that everything was covered and that my dog was absolutely welcome inside. The amount of love and warmth they showed him honestly meant more than I can explain.

All the counter folks speak both korean and english and theyre courteous. The older korean folks like to come here and gather here in the mornings while a mix of customers for the cakes, breakfast food and their coffees. The order process was extremely easy and I was able to provide a swatch so that they could match the color as best as possible. (color matching fondant is not easy - I've made cakes myself but didn't have the time now) We only had 40 people and 4 layers (6:, 8", 10" & 12") would have been too much cake. So, they made the top layer and bottom layer with a cake form instead of cake. The two middle layers were red velvet with cream cheese frosting and the vanilla with chocolate mousse. They were absolutely delicious!! The cake was delivered to the venue on time and as promised. These are truly professionals and I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a special cake!
