“The food is amazing! We had the mussels, Brussels sprouts, artichoke hearts, chicken, shepherd’s pie, fish sandwich, and burger. The drinks were wonderful and the ambiance was so much fun. Really had a laugh at the bathroom with all the googly eyes.“

“I went to The Harbor Light with my grandfather who is hard of hearing. I cannot tell you how accommodating the staff was. We originally sat in an area where he was unable to hear well. The owner Bernadette and the server Annie opened up a whole other section in the restaurant for us that was quieter. They were so kind and we enjoyed a lovely lunch. I would definitely recommend this place. They truly care about their patrons. Thank you Harbor Light!“

“Been there a few times. I must say food is fantastic!!! The fish tacos and the southwestern chicken sandwich is a must try. They have different specials everyday. Friendly atmosphere, service is very attentive. Love trivia nights and live music on Saturdays. So far is my favorite place to go with friends and family. Great spot for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. Highly recommended!!“

“Cool places. I'm into local dive bars and that's exactly what this place is but everyone there was pretty nice. The bartender Hector is a good buy and pretty funny as well. I will definitely go back to this bar when I am in the area. I definitely recommend it.“

“High expectations, but not impressed with this visit. Wednesday early dinner , 7/23/25, 5pm.
No issue with availability and service, very attentive.
Chicken dish with sauce ok, but asparagus flimsy and green bean sized while mashed potatoes served ice cream scoop and lacking in flavor.
Long awaited favorite of mine, fish and chips.
Fish better than most in area, still lacking in wow factor while the (chips) were a flimsy mess , no crisp or seasoning.
As to beer, Stella was fine but Blue Moon dark and flat.
Better luck next time.“

“This is a great spot to get some delicious wings and cold beers! Watch sports, talk to new people, catch a live band! Make sure you go on Saturday night to see James behind the bar! He's not just great for beers and conversation, He can make any cocktail you want! (Low key date night with ALL the sports??) James (Jimmy) will soon become a familiar friend. “I was looking for a new karaoke bar to attend. I found out Shillelagh Tavern is an active venue for shows, open mic jamm sessions and karaoke. I went there on a Saturday night on karaoke night. It's starts a bit late. At 11:30 pm you can start picking your songs. I like the crowd. There were a lot of good singers. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The bar itself is also
great. They have a great selection of beers and well drinks. All the bartenders I dealt with were
professional and quick to attend to me. I recommend this lovely little off the beaten path watering hole. They don't sell food there, but they hold the menus for several take out places on the block. You can order from the menu and they will deliver it to you.“

“I have been a customer of Austin’s Ale House for many years, I know them well they know me well. This year I decided to give the excellent and highly favored family cooking team a break and had Austin’s Ale House cater our Christmas Dinner. I went with the ham dinner for 10 to feed 7 people🤣. The ordering was done with ease and so was the pick up. The family did a preliminary tasting...... LOVED .IT and whatever we have left after the “taste test” will have to serve as our Christmas Dinner. Since the taste test was so aggressive we may need to supplement what’s left with a few cheese omelets 🤣. We enjoyed it so much there was much talk about it becoming the new family tradition. THANK YOU AUSTIN’S ALE HOUSE AND MEREY CHRISTMAS........ PS I’m going to need one of those backyard igloos in a day or so. See you then 🎄❤️“

“Came here on New Years Eve after my flight to the city was delayed and we spent New Years on a plane. This bar made up for the terrible experience I had been having that night. Both Veronica, and her daughter were the most pleasant bar hosts and patrons. I felt at home, and the vibes were amazing. If I visit again, I'll definitely be spending my money here again.“

“This is one of my favorite place to go. Eileen is very awesome as is the rest of the staff. This is a true gem for a service worker like myself.
