“In doing an Aperol Spritz themed bridal shower for my daughter we rented the Aperol spritz tricycle from Dolce & Gelato. I started contacting Gino Parente the minute my daughter got engaged.? I’m an earlier planner. Gino was so responsive and so kind immediately. Nothing was a problem for him. He is unbelievable with communicating, I called him at least 15 times. ?. He takes the time out to speak to you as if you are his only customer. A truly professional man to work with . On the day of the shower the tricycle was decorated beautifully with fake flowers and the bar attendant Katherine was fantastic! My daughter and our guests had an absolute blast getting drinks from the cart and taking photos. So much fun! I’ll definitely be using Gino’s company Dolce & Gelato again! A truly wonderful experience working with him!“
“Made a reservation here for restaurant week. Apparently didn't need one. The place has its own parking lot with about a dozen spots. We entered the building which took us into the bar, which was bustling. The dining room was quaint, with some really nice booths and a fireplace that should have been lit. Our server was a good looking young man, pleasant, not overbearing with a sense of humor. We opted to include an additional appetizer of baked clams to our meal, along with the crab cake and winter salad, which I forgot to take photos of. My friend opted for the lamb chops while I had the branzino piccata. Yummy, although the menu never stated that the fish was served over a shrimp risotto. (I'm allergic to shrimp). Only 1 bone in the fish, so I was lucky. Our dessert consisted of tiramisu and rainbow cookie cheesecake. I was "fortunate" to get the last piece although not very cheesecake-y. All in all we had a nice dinner and will maybe return for another meal.“

Perhaps better in the summer time if there is outdoor space to help with seating etc. Overall, I had a great time, the music was lively and the energy of the staff and DJ was refreshing. I didn't like the fact that you don't get an actual receipt while dining at the tables (you do get one at the bar). So it's difficult to analyze what you're being charged. The fact that gratuity was included was not disclosed so you could tip twice if that wasn't your intention.“

The facility inside is elegant but not too fancy, and the seperation of the spaces into different rooms and ballrooms is so well thought out. Each room is unique and charming. But what was most impressive was the staff and service. Their attentiveness was top notch -- you can really tell that every member of the staff wants to do a good job and make sure you have a good time. They ensured that the wedding went smoothly, supplied us continously with great food (even before the wedding started), and were always kind and pleasant. “We got married 11/4/23 at Soundview and had such an amazing experience with Soundview. When beginning the venue search we knew we wanted a waterfront venue with an outdoor space for the ceremony and a suitable indoor option in case the weather didn't cooperate. We fell in love with the stunning indoor and outdoor views and the fact that they host one event at a time was also a MAJOR plus for us. During the wedding planning process, Brittany was easy to get in touch with, super organized, and quick to answer any questions I had. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. Our guests are still raving about the food and talking about how beautiful the venue was. Diego made sure everything ran smoothly, and Taryn our bridal attendant went above and beyond helping out our photographers, and made sure my husband and I had cocktails.
