“I have visited this store unexpectedly, and I must admit, the staff’s were very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was very pleasant and extremely welcoming. This store is very tidy and make anyone feel they’re being treated right and they have a great selection of products to choose from.

“I really like Dunkin Donuts for the coffee and occasional scoop of ice cream (now that I am trying to remain donut free for a while.) They do such a robust business here that everything is always fresh. I have always liked Baskin Robbins Ice Cream, so I was really happy to see that they started offering all their flavors in the DD stores. The one thing I can't get used to is how pricy it is. Was it always that way? This store was completed remodeled so there is plenty of seating space and tables. It is big and bright with plenty of room to move around. The parking lot clearly does not support the size of the store, especially with the drive through traffic in the morning. I do notice that this location is always very busy and seems to be short of help. As long as the team here continues to smile, remain clearly positive in the face of long lines, I will continue to support this location!“

“My daughter and I happened upon this place and we were so happy we did! Chris (not sure if he was the owner or not) was super helpful since we have food allergies. He made my daughter a cotton candy milkshake which she absolutely devoured. I had a flavored coffee which was delicious. From the black and white checkered floor to the murals on the walls, the vintage looking tables and chairs to the fun gelato display case (which was nice and low for little ones to be able to choose from) the decorated garage door which let in so much light to the retro cola display fridge, everything was so well thought out and just a lot of fun. Kudos to them for a really great place, definitely go visit!“

“If you want a place to go eat with dirty hands this is the one! Bathroom is always closed but there’s an alley not too far away. You can tell management really cares about the customer experience when they keep the bathroom closed from customers. And they even have tables, that alone would be a health department violation(tables without a working bathroom) but who has time to call them anyway? I think the stuff here is delicious but it could also be the flavor from the last customer on the door handle so who knows?“

“Guys, I have to share my experience at Let's Roll because it was wonderful. I don't really like ice cream (i know, that's crazy right?), but my husband and my kids always go to this place so I decided to try it. It's a super friendly place that's owned by a wonderful couple (Craig & Giselle, I think? I don't really know if that's how she spells it), but I never wanted to try the ice cream. Except today. I tried the passion fruit flavor - and my God, there's nothing like it! You really have to taste it - it's so yummy. And besides, the place is super family-friendly, with super nice people, such positive energy. I will be back soon. 5 stars for Let's Roll in Merrick!“

“I figured I would try this place out as they are one of the few places where I can find any coconut flavors. I got a medium cup of ice cream for$6.50 (includes tax). You get 3 scoops. I got coconut, toasted coconut, and chocolate lovers. It was amazing and worth the price which I can't say for other places. I would recommend giving this a try, There is lots of seating and the workers were pleasant.“

“An absolute must try! Not your standard scoop of ice cream but a delightful mix that’s sort of part ice cream, part Italian ice, and part gelato with a huge array of homemade flavors. The prices are very good (especially for Long Island) and the product is phenomenal. Worth a trip out of your way to come here!

“Purchased this beautiful unicorn cake yesterday! It’s so freaking cute & was delicious! I tried the strawberry soft serve which was dairy free & made with oat milk. It was ok for what it was. Don’t think I’d purchase that one again. They did have about 4-5 options that were dairy free & cannot wait to try those next! Zhao helped us (as per the receipt) & she was so kind & gave phenomenal service. Very quick too. The store itself was so clean & they had a ton of options as far as cakes go and even the frozen ice cream section. Will definitely come back again & again ?

The pricing is so fair and the portions are huge!I got the Cookie Monster & double chocolate chip, and my boyfriend got vanilla chip & orange. We both LOVED them - I’m 100000% coming back here and wish I had visited sooner!

We reserved a table for Valentines Day and had a wonderful meal consisting of crab cakes, fried shrimp, French fries, vegetables and, for dessert, fresh homemade strawberry shortcake – reservations are rarely needed! Great gift boxes filled with these heavenly chocolate bites are also available around the holidays.
