“My girlfriends & I went to Bob’s Diner yesterday after we left the Guardian Vet Hospital in Brewster( with great news!) We had breakfast. Thomas the owner was very personable & yesterday since the waitress did not show up he had a multitude of jobs! Done to perfection!!! The food was delicious, made with lots of care! We were not rushed out and the diner, to me, brought back memories of when I was a child! I highly recommend eating there & I will plan on going back!! Thanks Thomas 💙“

Prices were a little less than a high average, for the quality. A bit raucous for a restaurant, but it was Saturday night. Counting myself amoung the older pop., they were respectful and just having a good time. We did not have resevations, but we slipped right in. Two top by the bar. It was a great evening. There was a very friendly crowd.“

“This place is one of my family's favorite restaurants for many years. We all refer to it as B's. There are so many great and delicious choices between the specialty pizza slices, salads, and pasta and chicken dishes. Rocky and team has always gone above and beyond for us whenever we order out, dine in, cater for a party or host a party in the back. We've never had a bad meal here and highly recommend it.“

“Pizza to go only. You can't have pizza in the dining room. Pizza is outstanding. Too bad we can't have it there along with the rest of the menu. It seems like it's about to close due to the lack of menus available and the fact that the menu was poorly stapled. Best pizza !“

“We stopped at Lou's Restaurant early in the morning on our way to the airport. We got a friendly welcome and ordered the house speciality 'Eggs Loui' with black coffee and sausages on the side. Everything was freshly prepared and the eggs were absolutely delicious. Great portions as well, I was fully satisfied after the meal.
The place itself is also very nice, it's an old school diner where you felt taken back in time a few years. But absolutely in a good way, I love places like that.
Would definitely be back here, if I am in the area again.“

“The best Sicilian in Putnam County. Crunchy bottom, soft and tasty inside. My husband and I get a whole pie, it’s the best fresh out of the oven, we eat two or three slices in the restaurant and take home the rest, freeze for lunches. Bring a devoted Sicilian slice customer I ventured out to a salad, not any salad, their Asian salad. Cold crisp romaine lettuce, crispy chow mein noodles, sliced almonds and mandarin oranges, and the best Asian dressing. Really a very enjoyable salad. A great place for good food and great staff.“

“Yall this place is incredible. Some of the best combo pizza ever and also got a Margherita. Picked up two pizzas here and everything was perfect. The staff was quick and professional, my order was ready the second I walked in, and the pies looked like works of art. “La Guadalupana Mini Market 2 is a small, no-frills place, but it’s got charm. They carry a few Latin grocery staples, which is great if you're looking for something different in Pawling.

The people there are always super friendly, and the food while more Guatemalan than Mexican is pretty tasty. I’ve had some really good meals here, but I’ll be honest: it’s not always consistent. I think it depends on who’s cooking that day. Still, for a town that doesn’t have a ton of variety, it’s a solid option.

I’d give the food a 6 or 7 out of 10. Worth checking out if you’re in the area and craving something different.“

“Best Chinese food in Carmel! It was so hard to find a good Chinese place up here after moving up from NYC 12 years ago. The couple that own the restaurant are very sweet and the food is absolutely delicious. My food was being pack to be picked up when I arrived and they checked 2-3 times to make sure everything was correct and in the bag. I will always get my Chinese food from here.“

Not only were they on time , the food was DELICIOUS, and they gave a sweet something extra! Mike and Joe's always goes the extra mile they are my favourite pizza place now and always! “Wonderful gourmet Chinese take-out in Mahopac and worth our 30 minute ride. Tasty not oily or over salted. The boneless spare ribs, Wonton Soup were splendid! Then Moo Shoo Pork and Chicken with Broccoli. Yummy. A BIg step up from the usual Chinese take-out out restaurant. And large portions as well!“

“Florina's is our favorite place in the area to get pizza from; we haven't found a place that is comparable. The crust is always cooked to perfection and they don't skimp on the toppings. Our favorite is the Penne Vodka Pizza, it's delicious!“

“First time there. The food was good, the portions were large and the staff were very friendly and polite but with that being said, the service wasn't all that great. Drove up from the Bronx and even though it was enjoyable, I won't be going back. Why? Because I hate to be "nickel & dimed" ...I never question prices. I order what I want but when the check is upwards of $70 but I see I was charged for both cups of coffee, it's a turn-off! A little advice: let your customers be aware that there are no free refills on a cup of coffee instead of surprising them with a $10 charge for coffee. Good luck!“

“Great food, super relaxed atmosphere, AWESOME service. Highly recommend, not fancy but there’s something for everyone and the staff is delightful, Sophia was our waitress again this month (I’ve been here twice in six weeks) and she is attentive and helpful.“

“I’ve been coming to Golden Jade for a while now and the food is always solid. Definitely one of the better spots for takeout in the area. The Dragon and Phoenix is a standout with great flavor, perfectly cooked shrimp, and the General Tso’s chicken has the right amount of kick. Their Beef and Broccoli is also really good with tender beef, fresh broccoli, and not overly sauced like some places.

Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the food is consistently fresh and hot. It’s not really a place I’d go to for the atmosphere since it’s pretty plain inside and more of a grab and go kind of vibe. But if you’re looking for good Chinese food without the frills this place delivers.

“Milton and his crew are fantastic chefs and make a wide variety of great food. Sometimes I go classic American dishes, sometimes more interesting stuff like these Ecuadorian salchi dishes I put in that photo. Very good stuff for any appetite, so I go all the time.

They also play good music in there 😂“
