“Visited for the first time with my mom on 1/31/26. Friendly, hard working host sat us within 10 minutes. We ordered a drink at the bar and chatted with the bartender, he was fluent in the menu and preparations. Our server was equally informative, she was very busy, only wished we had a bit more attention but, it was a busy Saturday. We ordered the Meatloaf Tower and the Shrimp and Scallop dinners. Both were very good, served with warm bread, salad and side. Meatloaf was a bit dense but good, Shrimp and Scallops were cooked to perfection in a garlicky butter and the vegetables with that dish were outstanding.“

From the very beginning Scott, Beth and the rest of the staff were kind, helpful and very professional. We had been coming here long before it was 16 Ellicott and have to say how great the inside looks, how nice the staff is, how good the food still is even after the ownership change. “First time in the area for a Bills game- From Toronto, Ontario..was trying to find a place that was open for some food for after the game. Stumbled upon Kettles. We called from the car asking if we could do an order for pick up. They initially said they usually don’t do that on game nights and prefer people to dine-in. We mentioned that we were driving back to Toronto that night- agreed to make the wings and could pick them up in 20minutes.Did not realize they were a cash only and explained that I didn’t know if my bank card would work in their atm being from Canada- the lady that I was dealing with offered that I could venmo her the amount (Canada doesn’t have venmo) ATM worked. Wings were paid for. Service was great. Staff was very friendly. Wings were AMAZING. Will be a for sure stop every time I’m back on American soil.“

“Stopped in to get some food because the kids were hungry. I went in by myself first to make sure it was a family friendly place. The bartender was also the cook for the day and she assured me it was fine and seated us in the back. The food was fantastic and she was very efficient and friendly. The kids loved it and it was one of the best chicken sandwiches I've had in a long time“

“I alway enjoy whatever cocktail I get from Ballyhoo, and my last visit there was no different. One of the best bars in town in my opinion with very reasonably priced drinks and excellent customer service. Not a very large bar space, but definitely worth checking out. They do serve a limited food menu as well, but I have not tried any yet.“

“Our family had Easter Brunch at Jack Rabbit and we were all very impressed, the service was excellent! Everything was served in a timely manner (even with it being very busy) our food was hot and delicious! We all had different entrees from Eggs Benedict, Steak & Eggs, Turkey Benedict, Pancakes and we all agreed that the Breakfast Pizza was the BEST we have ever had oh and don’t forget the Tater Tots! “Went there before a play for dinner at Shea's Buffalo. This place is on the Chippewa bar strip, so we were not expecting much. Walking inside, it looks like a typical party/cocktail bar, brick walls, long bar, and tables opposite the bar with plastic chairs and Formica tables, so you are sitting in the bar. At 5:30PM on restaurant week before a nearby playing of Hamilton, we were the only diner's there (and only 4 others at the bar). Now the good part.... one of the best meals I have had in a long time!!!!! Waitress/bartender was prompt, attentive and friendly. The special for restaurant week that we had was $35 for soup/salad (I had soup), Duck with asparagus, yams, sprouts and and pie for dessert. This meal was fabulous! Perfect portion and perfect flavor. The caramel/peanut butter pie was luscious! On top of all this, we were there during happy hour, so $3 a beer. I highly recommend trying this place to eat, just don't expect a cozy, intimate atmosphere. You won't be disappoints, and you won't be broke.“

Deep fried pickles were cooked to perfection and half price.. yes thank you...
I got the pierced Ave burger.. cooked exactly the way I like it, med rare, juicy, and with crispy bacon.
Only complaint I have is the food was cold. Burger abd tots were both luke warm, not hot
Both ladies, Lydia and Zada did a fine job and both recommended the white pizza. Didn't want pizza today but someone should try it and let me know .
Bathroom was very clean...
Lots of tv's, so probably a good place to watch sports...“

“Got stranded at Christmas 2022. This hotel staff is absolutely amazing!! Very accommodating, super helpful. Other hotels are running out of food and these guys are making breakfast and a dinner for everyone. It’s truly an amazing crew. They are stranded with us and dealing with all the stress yet have a smile on their face!! A can not recommend this place enough, just because of the staff. Merry Christmas and thank you so very very much!!!“
