“As far as a conjoined gas station timmies goes this is pretty typical. I went inside since there would have been a few cars ahead of me and the wait probably would have taken the same time. I can't blame them for taking long with my order when they're clearly understaffed. A little messy too but same thing definitely understaffed. Also is every Tim Hortons only ever concerned about drive thru times??

“I went here for the first time yesterday. I visited around 3:30pm so I was a little skeptical as, in my experience in the past with other donut shops, late afternoon is often not the best time of day to get a "fresh" doughnut. These doughnuts were amazing and tasted as fresh as could be.I was absolutely blown away. I'd go as far as saying this is the best doughnut in Buffalo and the best doughnut I've ever had in my life. Even better than Paula's. (Sorry Paula's...). Oh, and it's cheaper too! Even my wife, who could live without donuts (the madness !!!) ...was raving about them. I live 20 minutes from here, and in the future, I will definitely make a 40 minute round-trip, passing by other doughnut shops on the way, just to get these again.“

“Just looking for an Almond Ring in Western New York. Found Eileen’s…oh my they did not disappoint! It was made just how I remember in my youth. When entering the bakery, the choices were bountiful. Peanut sticks, pastry hearts, bear claws, oh yum. Next time I’m in the area , it’s straight to Eileen’s. The location was easy to get to and hop back on the interstate or 400. Kudos to the friendly staff too.“

“Went for a late breakfast with a friend and we were not disappointed by our meal. It was a little busy in there on the day we went, but the service was still quick and friendly. I got the number three breakfast special which came with eggs, sausage home fries, and toast. And they had the bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Really enjoyed the meal a lot and I’ve been back since to also try the patty melt, which is delicious! Dining im can be a little busy and even with call in orders sometimes it might be a wait but it’s totally worth it and looking forward to dining here again to enjoy the patio when the weather is nicer out.“

“This is a beautiful gem of a bakery. Coffee is good and serve-your-self. Lots of nice gourmet food selections. But the best are the baked goods. Everything I’ve had has been incredible. Especially the breakfast sandwich. Just wish they had more savoury breakfast food options.“

She runs a tight ship and all her employees are well mannered they maintain a perfect atmosphere for me as well as other customers to come in and enjoy a nice cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich from time to time“

“Love this Tim Hortons, always very accommodating especially when I make an app mistake. They are very kind to my two labs as well. They go above and beyond to make us feel very welcomed thru the drive thru. Also I have worked through entire pandemic and so have they! Thank you for staying open.“

“Convenient place to stop for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. They also serve hot and cold lattes, hot tea and delicious cold brew coffee. Depending on the time of day, there can be a long line at the drive thru. However, service is always good and they treat their customers well.“

“No drive thru at this location - connected to Delta Sonic - used the app went into the store to pick up order. It was waiting for me at the pick up location. Ends of the bacon were burned and had a charcoal taste had to snap those off. Otherwise everything else was as ordered.“

“The crew there are always working hard , they are very sociable and polite. Everytime I go there the order is correct, the drinks are always made amazingly, there's even a couple guys there that know my order so well they already have it brewing...lol...The one problem I have is a manager that works there, he on a few occasions now has berated his crew , yelling at them or getting aggravated with them in front of customers, that's not professional nor is it a proper way to treat your employees...“

“The best Timmy's I've been to in the area. They need to teach other locations. Food and service above all the others. I never liked it.. only came here cause of my kids but decided wth..I got a breakfast bagel and coffee and it was excellent. I will keep coming to this location for sure“

“We used Chrusciki for our Wedding cake and dessert table. Everything looked beautiful and tasted delicious. I had my heart set on mini pies for my wedding and they went out of their way to make sure it happened. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for their wedding.“
