“We were there late morning on a Tuesday. The waitress Sharon was very friendly. We started with the coffee. It was very good and I don’t normally drink coffee. It was a cold day in December though. Needed something to warm me up. I got their 10yr anniversary skillet. Highly recommend it. It has scrambled eggs, spicy Italian sausage, potatoes, green peppers and mozzarella cheese melted over the top. DELICIOUS! My wife had the #3 which is scrambled eggs, home fries and choice of meat (she chose turkey sausage) with Texas toast. She said it hit the spot. Definitely going back again.“

“Got the focaccia pizza. We payed $14 for 4 squares. It was a bit overpriced but tasty. Asked to have it warmed up and the employee’s response was “we only have a toaster oven so it will take 4-5 minutes”. Sounded like she didn’t wanna leave the counter. Naturally, one would assume it will take that long. They could improve on their customer service experience.“

“One of the best tim Hortons locations in all of western NY. Friendly staff the store manager is one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. She runs a tight ship and all her employees are well mannered they maintain a perfect atmosphere for me as well as other customers to come in and enjoy a nice cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich from time to time“

“Convenient place to stop for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. They also serve hot and cold lattes, hot tea and delicious cold brew coffee. Depending on the time of day, there can be a long line at the drive thru. However, service is always good and they treat their customers well.“

“I live in Tennessee and we don't have Tim Hortons. When I go to visit my adult children in Buffalo the first place I want to go is Tim Hortons. I go there everyday for coffee, and usually treats or a breakfast sandwich. It's also good for when you're in Canada and they don't take American money, you can go to Tim Hortons and have breakfast lunch and dinner as we did because we didn't bring any Canadian money with us. Love this voice“
