“As far as a conjoined gas station timmies goes this is pretty typical. I went inside since there would have been a few cars ahead of me and the wait probably would have taken the same time. I can't blame them for taking long with my order when they're clearly understaffed. A little messy too but same thing definitely understaffed. Also is every Tim Hortons only ever concerned about drive thru times??

The square glazed, the round peanut one, and an eclair/ Bavarian cream. Each one was great. My husband raved about them, too! I could see why they were busy, with many customers buying a dozen donuts.“

“Just looking for an Almond Ring in Western New York. Found Eileen’s…oh my they did not disappoint! It was made just how I remember in my youth. When entering the bakery, the choices were bountiful. Peanut sticks, pastry hearts, bear claws, oh yum. Next time I’m in the area , it’s straight to Eileen’s. The location was easy to get to and hop back on the interstate or 400. Kudos to the friendly staff too.“

“Went for a late breakfast with a friend and we were not disappointed by our meal. It was a little busy in there on the day we went, but the service was still quick and friendly. I got the number three breakfast special which came with eggs, sausage home fries, and toast. And they had the bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Really enjoyed the meal a lot and I’ve been back since to also try the patty melt, which is delicious! Dining im can be a little busy and even with call in orders sometimes it might be a wait but it’s totally worth it and looking forward to dining here again to enjoy the patio when the weather is nicer out.“

“This is a beautiful gem of a bakery. Coffee is good and serve-your-self. Lots of nice gourmet food selections. But the best are the baked goods. Everything I’ve had has been incredible. Especially the breakfast sandwich. Just wish they had more savoury breakfast food options.“

“They ALWAYS screw up the order somehow. Rarely give napkins with the breakfast wraps or sandwiches. Forget the straws with the drinks. Can't figure out change.

“Convenient place to stop for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. They also serve hot and cold lattes, hot tea and delicious cold brew coffee. Depending on the time of day, there can be a long line at the drive thru. However, service is always good and they treat their customers well.“

“No drive thru at this location - connected to Delta Sonic - used the app went into the store to pick up order. It was waiting for me at the pick up location. Ends of the bacon were burned and had a charcoal taste had to snap those off. Otherwise everything else was as ordered.“

Everytime I go there the order is correct, the drinks are always made amazingly, there's even a couple guys there that know my order so well they already have it brewing...lol...The one problem I have is a manager that works there, he on a few occasions now has berated his crew , yelling at them or getting aggravated with them in front of customers, that's not professional nor is it a proper way to treat your employees...“

“This particular Tims on Union road in cheektowaga near Walden Ave has an amazing team I've come too know going through multiple times a day first with my Pittie Emma after the loss of her continuing to come through now with my new pittie mix 🐻 bear.. I run my own business and have managed many big places , just know you have good people here , earning an honest living with great attitudes with clientele. This is my favorite Tims too frequent.“

“The old fashioned cupcakes have been my favorite since a kid. However don’t get the macarons from here they are not made right. Each experience with these cookies was disappointing. They don’t bang out the macarons like you’re supposed to so theirs is all air and crumble at first bite. Which is not how these delicate cookies are supposed to be. And $3 each is over priced for something not authentic.“

“Food was normal Tim Hortons fare, with almost attentive service, but the location really struck me with the width of the aisle which, even though I’m not in a wheelchair anymore, it is still something I notice. Restroom had two restrooms, each was shown on door as being three kinds which really impressed me. Family/Female/Male for both was completely outside my norm so was thrilled to share how very clean and more than big enough for a wheelchair. And enough space to access the restroom too with wider than normal aisle.“

I liked the crepe filling ones but nothing spectacular. But was worth a shot. Had the donuts last for about 4 days or so.“
