“This is a foodie's paradise! Simple but sweet atmosphere. Chef Andrea creates food for the soul, and Liz presents it in a prefectly balanced friendly, attentive manner. This was an unexpected treat! The food was creative and delicious, while the service was literally perfect. I felt like I went to a friend's house for dinner and a Michelin chef showed up to help! Kudos ladies! I highly recommend and look forward to coming back to Lake Placid, because this is the first place I will visit! Thank you both!“

“Jimmy's 21 has become our traditional first-dinner-in-Lake-Placid preferred location. This time, we came with our four-year-old, and it was just as enjoyable as when we've come as a couple or with a group of 8+. The top-notch service, high quality food, and relaxed but romantic atmosphere are always consistent, and very much anticipated. The views of Whiteface and Mirror Lake are so exquisite. We love it here, and it remains one of our all-time favorites!“

“We husband and I came across this place on accident, later in the evening. It was absolutely AMAZING!! “We have been to Generations many times, consider ourselves locals! We live in Queensbury, NY, so we're able to get there 2 to 3 times a year! Our most recent visit was on May 22, our 54th Anniversary. Generations is our go-to place to eat...breakfast, lunch, dinner or happy hour! The food is so fresh and made to order. The wait staff is superb, especially Desiree, who we had this time...and Megan, who we've had in the past! Great job ladies, keep up the great work! 🩷 We also love staying at the Golden Arrow!“

“We live close to Lake Placid. My only regret is that we didn’t try this place sooner. First let me say the beer was ice cold, server very nice and friendly and attentive. Now the food, best wings by far I have ever had. Just the right amount of smoke flavor and the sauce was nothing I have tasted before. I had a burrito with brisket and every bite had another delicious flavor. My husband had a burger that was also amazing. If you are in the area, this is a must try!“

“I ordered wings and fries from Bazzi tonight. The fries were cold and had a handful of ketchup packs thrown on top of them. The were also cold and dry no sauce at all.(except the blue cheese that came open)Called to get a refund for my $25 and the owner was extremely rude. Told me that I ordered, I got it that he doesn't give refunds. Very unprofessional ZERO 🌟 STARS“

“I recently dined at Eres Pizza during my visit to Lake Placid, and I can’t recommend it enough! The ambiance is cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing meal after a day of exploring.
The menu offers a great variety of dishes, and everything we tried was delicious. I especially loved the pizza which was cooked to perfection. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure our experience was enjoyable from start to finish.
Don’t miss out on their pizza, it’s a must-try! Overall, a fantastic dining experience—I can’t wait to return!“

“My wife and I had a wonderful honeymoon dinner. The prime rib was excellent, and my wife had a NY strip that was grilled to perfection. We ended it if two Irish coffees. The even took the time to make one decaf for my wife. Great job!“
