“This is my go to spot in Larchmont for both Chinese and sushi. They have great Chinese food with a fairly typical menu you would expect with a few extras you don't find everywhere. Also have a nice sushi menu. When ordering sushi you wouldn't expect much from a Chinese restaurant but it is on par with any other sushi you would get in the area. Overall very nice people, nice atmosphere, great service, good food and a good menu. Glad this place is here.“
“So impressed with the delicious food and beautiful presentation. My husband loved the Veggie Pakoras and the Masala Dosa. The waiter was very friendly and made note to not use ghee on the Coconut Naan and Masala Dosa when my husband told him he is vegan. I loved the Tandoori Chicken, best I've tasted and so tender! We look forward to trying other dishes from their extensive menu on our next visit.“
“We had the BEST time at brunch! Mega shoutout to our server, Bobby, who not only showed incredible hospitality but was also very knowledgeable and accommodating re:the food restrictions & allergies within our party. We could not recommend more highly!! Thank you to Bobby and the Goosefeather team! ✨“
“Love this place. I’m only a few minutes away from them, and they have never been disappointed. The lady that takes the orders is super sweet. She always calls me sweetheart lol as someone who was not raised with much affection, that always makes me smile lol. good food and good people. You can never go wrong with that. The chicken and broccoli, fried chicken, rib tips, chicken fried rice, and steamed/fried dumplings are usually my go to. Haven’t had a complaint yet“
“Best Vegan Food Ever! I usually order more to go than dine in. But the place is beautiful and the staff is very kind. The menu is big with several options, from appetizers, soups, noodles, entrees and delicious desserts! Also they offer different kind of teas. I definitely recommend it!“
“This place is amazing! I had the chili wontons and omg! The wonton is so juicy and the chili sauce is so tasty! Also had the fried chicken rice bowl Which was really good. The service is a bit slow because they're so busy. The ambiance is ok. No one actually sitting and eating. Luved it and can't wait to go back!“
“Vegetarian options: There were enough options for my vegetarian friend to choose from.Parking: The restaurant is an anchor to the Westchester Mall, which has plenty of parking that is now flat rate vs the hourly they used to charge.Kid-friendliness: There were kids throughout that appeared to be enjoying themselves.“
“Without question the best Chinese food in Westchester County. Everything is fresh and delicious. O'Mandarin used to be my go to until Szechuan City opened...a much better value I might add. My favorite dish is the pork with hot pepper. The sautéd pea shoots are also incredible. Give it a try, you won't be sorry.“
“So fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Not too oily/greasy.Surprisingly good for a smaller, unassuming Chinese takeout place. There are a few tables for waiting or dining.Parking was a little tricky.Parking: A few spots in front, but most are in rear, I think.“
“This was our first experience at Moli and certainly won’t be our last! The atmosphere is incredible. The attention to detail is evident in everything from their decor to ingredients to handcrafted cocktails to service and management. They were able to accommodate a walk-in for two on a busy Saturday night and it did not disappoint! We can’t wait to go back.“
“Love the Food & the person who Takes the orders is Pleasant, I live on Gunhill& been here a few times just for the food.. I had ~ Wings,General Tso chicken ,fried pork Dumplings ,egg fried rice in all the orders. EVERYTHING WAS GOOD!! I will return for sure.Parking: There’s a parking lot front in front. Also street parkingKid-friendliness: There’s space to sit & eatWheelchair accessibility: No steps. Which is great!“
“The food is very good. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the food and also recommended us what to get. The atmosphere is amazing, it’s. Like you step in a scene from an Asia movie. This usually gets busy around 7pm. I will recommend this place.Parking: There is a lot of parking. They a have there own parking lot and it’s also free…“
“Been going to this restaurant for over 30 years! Love everything about this place even the outdated decor and bathroom.Kid-friendliness: Kids do not bother them and they are really cool about bringing extra plates for sharing. I’ve never had an issue.“
“This place may look somewhat run down, but don't be fooled. The food is good and the service is friendly. It's worth a visit for some nice takeout.Parking: Street parking can be sparse, depending on the time of the day/week. But the (metered) municipal parking lot at the corner of Lockwood Ave. is very close.“
“My husband and I come here all the time, great customer service, cleanliness and food is superb, my husband always order the steamed beef and broccoli, I normally order the steamed vegetables with white rice and garlic sauce on the side. They never disappoint, will continue to come here.“
“Grandma was a very nice person. One night at 8:30, the store was already closed, so I called to place an order with the intention of giving it a try, but she still helped prepare the meal. Later I asked my grandma, and she said that it was closed, but the pot was still hot, but she tried her best to cook. I work outside and am warmed by my grandma’s kindness? The rice is delicious, and the soup, whether salty or sweet, is delicious.“
“I don’t usually write reviews but I have to for this Chinese food. This is the best Chinese in New York. They care about the quality of their food. They make fresh juice and all of their vegetables are fresh! I’ve tried almost everything here and every meal I tried was an 8 or better!“
“As a New Yorker when someone suggests going out for Chinese you would normally assume, and rightfully so, that you'll end up ordering from a "hole in wall" fast food spot.Kai isn't that. It's a sit down place where you just enjoy your food in a peaceful atmosphere. The pricing was ok, but it was NYC so it was to be expected. The food however is worth the cost. Consider it something like take-out plus, Chinese food with a twist. And it is not just "Chinese" food, under the category of "Asian fusion" their menus are a little bit from the many color cultures of the East. Come for sushi, get some hot sake alongside it, with some wings and soup.It was a great place, relaxing, the music was tame and not in your face, and the staff seemed to have grown on us as time went by.Bring your family, or friends, or maybe just by yourself and have yourself some of that classic food we New York's associate as Asian.“
“**Unforgettable Lunar New Year Celebration at New Fun Run Chinese Restaurant**Our Lunar New Year dinner at New Fun Run Chinese Restaurant in Great Neck was a delightful fusion of tradition and culinary artistry. The restaurant welcomed us with a festive atmosphere, setting the perfect backdrop for an evening of celebration. The service stood out for its warmth and professionalism, ensuring a memorable dining experience. Staff members were attentive and offered insightful recommendations that catered to all tastes, enhancing our meal with their expertise. The food was the centerpiece of the evening. The Peking Duck, notable for its crispy skin and succulent meat, was a culinary masterpiece, complemented by a variety of dishes like the expertly prepared Steamed Dumplings and the flavorful Lobster with Ginger and Scallion. Each dish was a testament to the chefs' ability to marry traditional flavors with creative flair. The thoughtful menu and the ease of parking contributed to a seamless experience, emphasizing the restaurant's commitment to customer satisfaction. In essence, dining at New Fun Run Chinese Restaurant was an exceptional way to celebrate the Lunar New Year. “Food is always so good. I travel a hour just to come here and have a GREAT DELICIOUS MEAL. Their chicken wings are big and nice and flavorful. Their house special rice is to die for. Egg food young Soooo good…. Their rib tips are FIRE ? OMGOSH THE LIST GOES ON The staff are always so welcoming. I love this place definitely 10/10 recommend“
“A delicious take out experience! Food was ready by the time I selected to pick it up, was in and out quick.Food:- Garlic shredded pork (medium spicy) 5/5: this was delicious with just a flavorful and enjoyable level of spice. Spice brought a light burn to my lips, I’m not the most spice tolerant. Sriracha is my happy place spice wise for reference.- sesame chicken 5/5: very tender, juicy chicken. The sauce was sweeter than I expected, but it’s not a dish I’ve gotten before. Very good, especially for lunch the next day.- pork soup dumplings 5/5: very big, filled with delicious pork and soup. Almost too big to eat in one bite - almost! Great portion of soup and pork filling.- pork and sour cabbage fried dumpling 4/5: these were good, nothing remarkable which is why a 4, whereas I thought the other items were very very good. I think the sauce was what I didn’t like as much about them.Based on my experience, I happily recommend Zouji for getting high quality, flavorful Chinese food in Glen Cove. It’s my favorite of the Chinese restaurants I’ve tried in town (3 total). I will be back the next time I’m craving Chinese food!“
“Great place for two or the fam and even a party of 20! First time my family and I came to this place. We waited like 15 min instead of the 30 the waiter said we would wait and then we were seated. Like any other food buffet, we ate and we ate and we ate! Wow the food was so good! It was fresh and tasty! The waiters always make sure everything is clean and the food is hot. The ambiance is nice with the colored lights and beautiful painted ceilings. The bathroom is a big one for me but surprisingly it was super clean! So good job!!! The variety of food is crazy! There is so much to choose from. Basically something for literally everyone. It’s my daughter’s birthday and I let the waiter know and she was so nice to get her a cupcake with a candle that she was able to blow out , take a pic and feel special. I will most def go back here with my mom and friends. Did I mention all 3 of us ate and only spent 70$! On a Sunday! The buffet i usually go to called the queens buffet which is ok we pay way more! Highly highly recommend this place! Waiting is not long, service and prices are great!“
“My first time ordering from this location was a sesame combo and a spare ribs combo before the new year. The food was so delicious I forgot to take a picture of my food before eating. I will definitely be back. The restaurant is clean, the staff were very nice and the food was absolutely delicious and hot upon pick-up. You also don't have to worry about parking, infinite parking at this location.“
“I have been going to Quenas since they first opened 13 years ago. Every meal has been perfect and the service is exceptional. I’m looking forward to many more years of enjoying Quenas; the best family run Peruvian restaurant in Westchester.“
“I visted Tasty House on 9/30/23. I purchased a sesame chicken with brown rice combination plate as well as a pint of broccoli in garlic sauce! I also had chicken wings, which were plump and juicy. The food was delicious and their staff is always friendly, no matter how busy they might be.“
“Maybe I am living in 2019 but I found the food prices to be rather high. Portions were not overly generous, either. But what we did get was excellent. Wonton soup was the best I have had anywhere. Scallion pancake tasty but not too greasy, as it can be elsewhere. Chicken and broccoli, orange beef, and lo mein had the rest of my party raving. The dining room was clean and bright (not too bright) and the service impeccable.“
“Hands down the best chinese food in the entire city of New Rochelle. The food is cooked fresh, the menu is vast (they have hibachi!), the service is impeccable and the wait times are short while the prices remain fair/ industry standard. 10/10 would “
“Lin's might be my new local go-to for pan-Asian cuisine in North Bronx! My takeout order was ready for pick up within minutes, the staff was friendly, and everything was packaged perfectly. The inside was clean and spacious when I stepped in with a nice, casual atmosphere when I stepped in.As for the food, everything tasted fresh, delicious, and perfectly satisfying! I had the chicken fried rice, the spicy crunch salmon roll, the pepper tuna avocado roll, and the shrimp tempura roll. All of the rolls tasted great-- the best one being the pepper tuna for me-- and the preparation and quality really allowed the flavors to shine. However, my favorite item turned out to be the chicken fried rice. The chicken tasted just a bit caramelized for a savory, umami-rich dish that was not at all greasy. I would definitely come back just for this fried rice!Overall, Lin's was definitely worth it with the reasonable prices justifying the portion sizes and quality of the food!“
“This place rocks! The staff is so on point, making you feel like a VIP. The food? Insanely good—flavors that’ll blow your mind! Overall, an epic spot where great service meets seriously delicious oriental eats. Totally worth every visit!“
“The picture is from after I started eating, but it was plated beautifully, was delicious. The music is quite loud so try not to sit next to the speakers.Service was great just a little hiccup where we were charged and given the wrong receipt for a different table. Other than that it's great and I recommend going there, all the food was great and nothing was too sweet or salty only just right!“
“I Love, Love, Love Golden Chef. However, they recently got a new delivery guy and his attitude is horrible. I came here specifically to mention him. The owner is so kind— this delivery person simply doesn’t give off “Golden Chef” energy that she does. I hope she does something about his horrendous attitude.“
“Been goin here for over 10 yrs * So far every dish I've had here been very good ... they are kind & polite even when busy.. I dont mind tipping delivery or in person they deserve it for Excellent food and service ..they repeat your order back so the food is made exactly how you like it .. so if u have allergies or just have preferences they will be very attentive to not add the ingredients or inform you that it's necessary for the dish so u may have to reconsider“
“I wanted to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Baybridge Szechuan restaurant for their remarkable generosity in supporting the Center for Women New York. I had the privilege of overseeing the food station during our event, and I must say, the dishes you donated left everyone in awe. Your General Tso"s Chicken was a true masterpiece, offering the perfect blend of sweet and savory flavors that left our guests craving for more. The beef with onions and green peppers was an absolute hit, with tender meat and perfectly sautéed vegetables that showcased your culinary expertise. The chicken and vegetable medley was a delightful surprise, boasting a vibrant combination of flavors and textures that left everyone's taste buds dancing with joy. And let's not forget the egg rolls - crispy, golden parcels of deliciousness that disappeared within minutes, leaving smiles on everyone's faces. It's rare to find a restaurant that not only excels in taste but also in their commitment to community. Baybridge Szechuan, you've not only satisfied our appetite but also filled our hearts with gratitude. Your contribution to our event was truly appreciated, and I can assure you that your culinary delights were enjoyed to the fullest by all. Thank you once again for your kindness and your delectable dishes. We look forward to savoring your incredible cuisine again in the near future. Baybridge Szechuan has certainly earned a special place in our hearts and taste buds!“
“Best Chinese food in Dobbs Ferry!! Cheap, fast, clean, delicious, respectful!!! Love their chicken wings with pork fried rice. Other Chinese spot I tried on Cedar st sucks… always have to wait… greasy… and barely understand English. Enjoy and you won’t regret it!!!“
“I love this place for being tasty and not oily, it is thr only somewhat healthy chinese food around. I love their eggplant with basil and tofu. They give a huge portion of tofu seared so well and baby or japanese eggplants, i cannot tell which one they use. I only wish they had put more basil in it. The best part is t he sauce with it. It is peff erect and not oily or congealed in a take away container. The drunken noodles are okay, kind but the vegetables are really fresh.“
“Never disappointed. When we get a hankering for tasty Chinese food, we go straight here!Has been in the neighborhood for decades actually. That tells you something...Chicken and broccoli, sweet and sour chicken, fried rice, lo mein, egg rolls, etc- all very satisfyingly delicious!“
“I love this place. The variety of vegetarian entrees is unmatched for a Chinese restaurant. And the variety is "true variety", not just permutations is General Tso's tofu. Flavors are good, and vegetables are always cooked well and always crisp.Just try it! Get the salt and pepper style, very pleasant.“
“Outstanding Chinese takeout. The food is tasty, the ingredients are fresh and the recipes are of that of a high-rated, full service restaurant quality. Great scallion pancakes, fried rice (that is not greasy) and everything is made-to-order how we like it.“
“Actually amazing. I'm a chef down in the city at a Michelin place, and this was the best Chinese takeout I've had in awhile.I peeped their ingredients and everything was fresh. Bright green veggies, even the scallions that the cooks garnished on the plates. The meat didn't have the typical freezer burn taste.Even the rice was plump as if expertly cooked in a fancy overpriced Manhattan place. The service... The solo cook was handling everything but took the time to even clear a table for my group among the boxes of supplies and hand delivered all the food. Even asked if everything was ok.When I asked for hot sauce, he gave me the legit chili sauce you find in Chinese supermarkets. This is the type of place that is a regional hidden gem. I'll be submitting this place to the times and nymag, as I would def come back again if in the area.“
“We were on a long road trip when hunger struck at 9:30pm. Found this gem off Hutchinson Parkway. They were about to close but they happily served us a delicious Pad Thai and Seaweed Salad. It has a super chill atmosphere. Highly recommended for a quick bite on a Saturday afternoon.“
“For a local restaurant it was good. I ordered the general Tso chicken and requested white meat only and every piece was a chunk of white meat. Good quality chicken is always top priority as you never want a chewy piece. A colleague of mine got the chicken and broccoli and said it was a bit bland but otherwise standard. Fried rice was pretty standard as well.“
“I LOVE the food here absolutely the best and the lady at the counter is always so helpful. Always great customer service when I walk in. Would not order from anywhere else. Fried rice is definitely a must have, would go out of my way to go here.“
“I had ordered over the phone and was told that my order would be ready in ten minutes. Unfortunately, that was not true because I gave them twenty minutes and the order was still not ready. After forty minutes, it was ready with no "mix up." The chicken fried rice was bland even though I asked for extra onions and bean sprouts. All and all, the service was friendly and the place was clean.“
“Yes it's American Chinese food, but if that's what you're craving, it's great. Inexpensive, decent quality meat (no rubbery chicken), good portion sizes. This is a takeout place with limited street parking, and they also deliver locally.“
“While I don't really think the food is super duper tasty it's definitely something that hits the spot when you need some American Chinese food. I give it five stars because every time I've been in this establishment I always feel very comfortable and welcome with the staff. I've never felt like they didn't really want me there buying food from them. They're always very friendly and I will continue to go to them for my little American Chinese treats.“
“This place has become my go to when I buy lunch at work. I've had a few dishes so far and they are really good, pricing is fair and they are very fast. The people working are always very nice and polite.Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggie dishes and seems like they are willing to work around certain changes you might want to make“
“This is some of the best Chinese food around the white plains area, very consistent and very friendly, the woman who runs the show is the best, and so is the rest of the family. I've been going here for over 30 years and not one complaint. They forgot something in my order once and she called me to tell me to come back and very apologetic“
“This place needs a higher rating.Been coming here for atleast 10 years. Food is soo fresh and definitely our go to spot when we're craving Chinese.Everything I've eaten here has been delicious. Maybr it might get packed during the weekends and certains times... thats normal with any restaurant. They have plenty of space and the few times ive had to wait, its been minimal. Worth coming everytime.“
“Very good taste and presentation it wasn’t that hot in temperature they even sent me fortune cookie and you know their not giving those anymore I remember back in the day was different now a lot of places charge you if you want fortune cookie“
“I ordered from GrubHub and was disappointed because it took twice as long as stated to deliver my order. I must say though, the restaurant continued to call me until they got ahold of me to personally apologize for the delay and offer free food on my next order. I thought that was above & beyond considering they really didn't have to since I had my food at that time. I am in sales, and you could tell it was a sincere apology. I wish there was an option to edit my review on GrubHub, I guess I will just have to give them 5 stars on my next order! They are also really great about reading the special instructions which is not the case for all places!“
