“You would think the food would be consistent from one PF Chang's to another but this is not the case.
We have been to many PF Chang's in many different states and we agree, the food in this location was by the far the best that we have had at any location. Our server was great. The only disappointment was the men's bathroom was nasty with urine on the floor and paper towels in the urinals. I mentioned this to the bartender who said they would take care of it right away. I saw the manager go to check it out but even a half hour later nothing had been done to correct it.“

“I ordered shrimp with broccoli from East Bamboo Chinese Restaurant and was very disappointed. The broccoli and sauce were very bland, and the shrimp tasted bad and seemed spoiled. I called the restaurant to let them know, but they told me the chef said the shrimp was fresh. Unfortunately, based on the taste, that was not my experience at all. Overall, the food quality was poor, and I would not order from them again.“

I took home their sesame tofu with white rice. Takeout is carefully packaged and prepared with the diner in mind. (A much appreciated upgrade from typical restaurants that just throw your dish in a container and toss it in a bag for you.) The extra drive is absolutely worth it. Portions are “old school” big, prices run about $2 to $3 less than other places, and they always throw in something extra for free. The egg rolls taste just like the ones you remember as a kid, and the boneless spare ribs were superb (IMO). My wife, who usually gets headaches when MSG is used, had no issues here, which says a lot. “This is the most horrible restaurant place I've ever ordered from. I ordered and picked up in store. I ordered "Roast Pork with Chinese vegetables" I specifically asked if the vegetables included bok choy and was assured that it did. When I got home with the food the only vegetable included with the Pork was celery. Just a container of pork and celery, another time I ordered BBQ Ribs and it was a very small order and some of them were burned. When I questioned the counter person he answered that they had run out. Then why did they sell, and charge me an order? Don't order food from this place, If you want to enjoy it, it is BAD and they.“

“I’m not exactly sure what I got but it’s a pork chop set and comes with soda or soup. There are two styles of meat. One being the deep fried sausage, and the other is caramelized pork chop with bone and with out bone (they break down the pork chop for you into bite size), also comes with a tea egg and various types of veggies (string beans, egg plant, zucchini, broccoli, carrots, and pickled radish). $14 cant beat it, it’s 2 meals in one. Over all the dish is great! Savory, sweet and salty, nothing is over powering, it’s very well balanced. Nothing is too oily, white rice will not get soggy ! Mine was pre made sitting in the heat box and it was still fresh and tasted amazing !“

“I am a regular customer here, and I come for their guo bao rou (鍋包肉）all the time. The pork is crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and coated with a balanced sweet-tangy glaze that makes each bite stand out. It tastes fresh and has the exact texture this dish should have.

The service is great, though it can be slow when the restaurant is busy. The staff are attentive, kind, and welcoming in a way that makes me feel at home as soon as I walk in. I hope they can reopen another location in Flushing.“

“The food was delivered on time when i ordered it last week and was packed nicely. There weren't any spills nor cracks in the container. The samosa were crispy and nicely seasoned. The mapo tofu was also simmered to perfection. The food were fresh and could be tasted. Overall pretty good spot for Chinese food.“

“I have been ordering food for many years. We were always happy with the food. I recommended to many people. There was a change the last few months. I think they changed ownership. Linda who I have ordered from does not answer the phone anymore. If you ask for her, they tell you she's very busy. We gave it another chance today. If I'm a regular customer and feel this way there must be many more. I wish them luck if they're under new ownership, if not then you should go back to your original cooking.

“This place has been a solid part of yonkers for as long as I can remember.
The food is always on point whether it's the sushi or the Chinese food.
The soups are great as are the entrees and the prices although they have gone up a bit are still fantastic.
The place is dated if you go inside. It still looks like the 1980s in there and I expect to see an IROC blasting up central avenue and a bunch of guidos wearing cavariccis and reeking of drakar hanging out the window.... But I digress.

“I tried the general tso's shrimp. It was really good. My only complaint is I got the combination bowl and it only came with 7 shrimp and it was 1.50 extra PER shrimp. That was ridiculous to me. Bright green veggies, even the scallions that the cooks garnished on the plates.The meat didn't have the typical freezer burn taste.Even the rice was plump as if expertly cooked in a fancy overpriced Manhattan place.The service... The solo cook was handling everything but took the time to even clear a table for my group among the boxes of supplies and hand delivered all the food. Even asked if everything was ok.When I asked for hot sauce, he gave me the legit chili sauce you find in Chinese supermarkets.This is the type of place that is a regional hidden gem. They sold me their sushi rice which is awesome and included all the condiments I needed to make the meal with my family a success. I also purchased some shumai cuz theirs are the bomb. Thanks to the awesome staff for helping me make it all possible and suggesting what saki from the liquor store next door to make my authentic Japanese meal at home. Most places would be stand offish but they actually applauded me and asked me to show them pictures when I came back. “Such a great little spot. The restaurant is clean and lovingly decorated, with photos of the staff and (I assume) their family and friends along one wall. A karaoke machine sits in one corner, which makes me think this is a place where happy memories have been made. The staff were super kind, they were out of some things I wanted but I was really happy with everything I got instead. The kung po chicken is vivid and flavorful, I loved how tender the chicken was and the sichuan numbing spice never disappoints. The wood ear mushroom appetizer was delightfully crunchy and soaked in a lightly spiced garlic and cilantro sauce. I loved how flakey and flavorful the scallion pancake was. I grabbed a yogurt drink and found it to be very yummy, lightly sweetened with matcha and fruity flavors. Whatever else they were cooking, everything on other peoples tables, all of it smelled and looked so good! Familial, vibrant, and simply delicious.“
