“I took my family to la riserva last week. We had an amazing dinner. My girls loved the pasta fagioli!!! They also enjoyed their meals; pasta with marinara and the chicken parmigiana with green beans. My husband and I equally enjoyed our meals. The service was great. Our waitress was knowledgeable and everything came out in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend la riserva to my friends.“

Shpresa, the hostess and owner, runs the room beautifully and sets the tone for the entire experience. It took forever to get menus (we had to ask eventually) and it was almost half hour before we got our drinks and placed our order. Even more odd, we never knew who our waiter was. Normally they introduce themselves but I felt like we ordered from two or three different people. The value and quality was great. The amount of food we got for the price was enough to feed more than our table of 5. This is good value spot for big families to get an affordable and quality dinner Overall, not a terrible experience and would try again. “Wife and I flew into JFK late one Friday. We were famished , it was 1030 by the time we got to Arthur Ave.. We parked and walked , came upon people eating alfresco. We asked if any place was still serving. The "MAN" Vic asked what we would like, from one of the tables. In no time we had a bottle of Vino Tinto in front of us and people were making us try food they were dining on. I felt like I was at my friends ,' THE PIAZZAS " house. “This location i have come to a few times. It has progressively become better and better.
The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and quite, while there is a great social bar, with very nice accomodationimg staff and the downtown has become much better than it use to be that this hotel is right within.

Only downside I've experienced is the up charge fee for late checkout. Normally around the world a late checkout there is not a secondary charge of you request up till 1-2pm. Unfortunately this hotel is going with the US trend of charging consumers for needing a later checkout even if you checking at 11pm bc of late travel etc.. Only down on have to say, but hotel it top notch“
