“I needed some last minute subs, drinks and chips for a work lunch. This subway was extremely accommodating for my request of 4, foot long sandwiches, 8 drinks, and 8 bags of chips. Even gave me portable condiments. Made combos meals where he could to help with the cost, and boxed everything up for me. It was around 11:30 so they started to pick up business and not once did I feel rushed or made it feel bad for holding up an employee for that long. Highly recommend, phenomenal customer service!“

“This may have been my second time in this Burger King, but it was definitely a five star experience. I tried the impossible burger, which I usually would not try, but since I was accommodating, the guests I had for a ride down state I stuck to what they were ordering, and I have to say it was delicious.

I would even order it again. The staff were helpful, attentive, friendly, and super accommodating and helped a couple I was transporting with Uber with all their questions and helped them navigate their BK apps.

I’m glad that I chose this Burger King over all the other Burger Kings in the capital District. It was close to the airport. They were fast and the food was prepared very well. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. I did not hear any complaints out of anyone eating and that was all three of us.“
