“It's been a hot hot hot minute since I came here after I moved to Long Island Suburbs. My son's big day today and I took a trip here to pick up my custom strawberry cake layered with their famous lightly sweetened freshly whipped cakes. When you step inside It's as if you step back in time. My mom first took me here when I was 11 or 12 and this place still look the same. The bakery captures a lot of customers from the surrounding businesses such as the hospital. It's great to see a flow a diverse crowd visiting this Gem. I also picked up half dozen curry beef pastry and their chicken rolls. I took a bite and taste just like my first time eating them in the 1990s when I was a little boy. When I want a good delicious healthier cake I come to Yeh's.“

“My mom has been purchasing their Rosca de Reyes since 1997 when we lived in Brooklyn. Now she goes to the one in the city. They are delicious and well made. Just perfect! My children love it as well as all my family. They are by far the best ones in town.“

“Everything I tried was absolutely delicious, though I didn’t get to try everything on the menu. The coffee was great and the service was friendly. The only downside for me was that the mini cheesecakes / little cupcakes felt overpriced for their size. Either they should be a bit bigger or priced more reasonably for what you get.“

“I found this bakery from a neighbor who recommended their specialty Dominican cakes. I ordered for the first time via their web form and promptly received a quote, sent in some edits and very easily placed my order. I appreciate that during the production of the cake there was a question and the shop sent me a chat through the site and I was able to quickly get a response. When I picked up, I was so impressed by the shop! They have beautiful cakes ready for pick up, cake slices and desserts that look like art not food! For my party, the cake was gorgeous and so delicious-the chocolate with chocolate mousse was a hit. I will definitely be back for orders and to enjoy a slice of cake and coffee.“

“Honestly, if you've heard any hype about this place, believe it. Not only are the staff amazing (yes, all of the staff!) not only are you greeted with warm welcomes but you're immediately greeted with the warm smell of the delicious cookies on hand. We've compared the lineup of cookies to 'other' cookie shops and they don't stand up to Chip City. Our favorites have been the Confetti and Triple Chocolate. My personal fave was the Rainbow cookie so grab when it makes an appearance. And yes, you can check on their site for the week's lineup and plan accordingly. I also want to mention that there is a rewards points system in play of you choose to share your number (they promised me it was only used for points and they don't sell your number- I haven't received any unsolicited texts since signing up). The quickest way to rack up points of buying the Box Sets (3 or 6). Enjoy!

Her pastries are not only beautiful but absolutely delicious—this time I ordered cakes, tarts, and cake pops. She copied my inspiration cake to perfection! I will definitely be recommending her again and again.“

“We had the best experience ever with this bakery - the cake was included in our venue pricing through this bakery, and I can definitely see why! Working with Alison to schedule and have our tasting, which was just down right fun...(because of COVID we had to take our samples home... and she loaded us up with some extras to share with friends) to showing her our vision for the cake on the day of, and then actually SEEING and EATING it at our wedding was perfect all the way through. They really incorporated everything we asked for, and it was simply delicious!!! We even asked for an extra birthday cupcake for our nephew to have on the day of the wedding, and they made it sooo cute! (wish I could figure out how to add a picture here... It was SO pretty!!!)“

“Leidylicious bakery is the most whimsical little bakery that’s gives the most pleasant experience ever. I ordered my daughter’s 8th birthday cake ( a Calico critters theme)from this bakery and the whole experience was very stress free. I love how they made it feels like I hired a personal baker. They communication and attention to every details exceeded my expectations for a small bakery. My daughter was very happy, not only with the design of the cake but also the taste. She is a very picky eater! Our cake was all chocolate with a chocolate ganache filling and you can just taste the richness and know that it is made with good ingredients. It was so moist and full of that whole good chocolate taste. I would recommend this bakery to anyone who is looking for that homemade, real good ingredients cake/desserts.“

“Oh my goodness this is the cutest bakery ever! We walked in and were just amazed at the giant cinnamon rolls and the croissants. I couldn't pick between the danishes, but I got strawberry and it was amazing! We loved the almond cream in the almond croissant, the brioche dough cinnamon roll was nice and fluffy and rich, and the chocolate croissant (I forgot the actual name of it) was very flakey and just amazing. Everything in total was very cheap, just about $21 I believe. The people working were so nice and they explained everything we had questions about. Our only regret is not getting another cinnamon roll for the road :(“

“This location has been excellent since my first time arriving here I came from Georgia to visit my mother and she sent me here to get some ice cream and from the first time I met the wonderful staff at this establishment I can't stop coming back! Although I only spent six weeks in New York it was worth my time I came to this location so much in the last 6 weeks I know I must have put on at least 20 extra pounds and it's not the ice cream that I love it's the staff here Samantha is amazing she really knows customer service she really knows how to be hospitable the ice cream is good but it's the people that made it even better. The other extraordinary woman here is a woman by the name of Diana I believe it was. She works in the cinnabon area and you can see her heart and her love in the way that she treats the customers I was sitting there eating ice cream one day and I watched how she just went above and beyond making the customer feel welcomed in this establishment. They have come to know me because I come here buying ice cream for my mother all the time and they even remember and they always ask about her it's beyond just a store it's almost like coming to see friends. Make it your business to stop at this location it is very much worth it the music is always excellent here it always has a great atmosphere.
This store should be a model to all the other Carvel locations out there on how you should treat your customers please utilize the staff to train other locations it will be well worth the time all of the people that are here are leaders and teammates and I've come to really like them and love them.“

“Everything was delicious. We hosted a Purim breakfast at our temple and everyone was so happy and full. I personally put in the order myself and everything from ordering to delivery was so smooth. We ordered large quantity of variety of bagels with all types of cream cheeses, salmon salad, white fish and tuna. Plus we got crepes with ricotta cheese which were Devine. And we ordered lots of croissants 🥐 , plain and chocolate which by the way are huge. I can’t say enough how fresh and delicious everything was. Highly highly recommend this place!!“

“I looked through social media and came across Bao’s Pastry in Flushing so I decided to give it a try. When I first walked in, I noticed that it has an open pastry bar where you can see the whole process behind all of the delicious cookies and pastries. The staff also wear personal protective equipment while preparing the pastries and keeping the work area clean.

I purchased a lot of pastries to bring back home after my vacation. However, I noticed that the shelf life of most of the pastries was only a day or a few days which was a little disappointin, since I was hoping they would last longer. They didn’t taste as good after the shelf life date had passed so I would definitely give them another try next time I visit New York.“

Well, Everyone loved the cookies , baklava, honey covered sweets, and breads. It was a terrific hit, obviously freshly made, and all for a good price. Everyone especially liked trying a new type of dessert this year. This bakery is nestled in Queens’ Armenian community and in my view obviously serves the local Armenian community with ethnic baked goods, assuring a high level of overall quality.“

Alexis and her team are a good staple in our community, they remember names, they remember orders & if there’s ever a mistake they are quick to remedy it. Once, our order got switched with someone else’s and the next day, their team surprised me with our usual order on the house due to it. It was truly not expected and kindly appreciated. It is nice moving back to Queens from Brooklyn, and see them in action. We love our bagels and they can make a mean breakfast sandwich to boot!
