“I ordered Duck Donuts through Uber Eats, and they were still warm when they arrived, which was great. The donuts were fresh and soft, but they were a little too sweet for my taste. If you have a big sweet tooth, you’ll probably enjoy them, but I wish they weren’t quite as sugary.“

“Yummmm live about 30 mins away and when they came they were still warm. We got. The Half&Half. Mozzarella & hotdog. All encrusted in the crunchiest little bite size potatoes. We also got two of the original. Yum. And of course we had to have the mochi donuts..flavors we had were Oreo strawberry (2) and a rainbow. 10 out of 10. “Well, Duncan’s are all over the place but there’s no place like sunrise Highway in Baldwin. Avery is the best employee I’ve ever had!! at Dunkin every day all over the Long Island as a driver and let me tell you they really accommodate and best coffee ever and their drive-through convenience is unmatched anywhere in and out great orders. “This is my go to spot in the mornings when I’m going to work. I stop by there to get my coffee Monday through Friday’s. Kriti and her manager Karan are the best. Customer service is the best anywhere. I don’t go on Friday’s because they are not thier. But none the less best place to get a quick cup of coffee. I always get by double double. They know once I park my car. Awesome customer service and really good coffee.“

“Tim Hortons was a first time experience for me and it was decent . I took advantage of the 2 for 1 on the sandwiches and the Little donuts . They were actually good . They made my coffee to my liking and that’s a win for me . Try them it’s a better alternative than Dunkin’ Donuts 👍🏾.“

“I ordered a lot and they forgot a few things. The guy behind the counter acted skeptically when I told him he had forgotten to give me some of the stuff I ordered. He never gave me a receipt so I could prove what I had paid for. Ultimately he gave me the rest of the order without much resistance, but it felt kinda shady like he assumed I wouldn't remember all the stuff I asked for. Sometimes it pays to be of a large and imposing size.

Parking: Adequate parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: I did not see any adequate wheelchair access. At least not from the parking lot where someone who might park actually try to enter the store from.“

“I really like this Forest Hills Metropolitan Ave location. I met the owner Imran once and stayed in touch; he seems friendly and down to earth.

It’s what one would expect with D & D espresso but it’s consistent & convenient. As a health conscious vegetarian, I appreciate that they have non dessert and non meat food items such as avocado, toast, hash browns, bagels.

The staff here are welcoming, friendly, hard working and professional.
Jahn is always professional, attentive, friendly and a sincere human being.

They have tables and which was helpful for my 78 year old mom (when she was alive) who was able to get here with her walker. (one floor, No stairs, a designated mobility needs table, but no bathrooms)

This location is small but has few tables, chairs plus stools along a long table along the window

I really appreciate seeing folks of all ages from students, families to seniors in our neighborhood visit.

D & D staff Poly and Andalip are also professional, friendly and welcoming and it's incredible that this Dunkin’ Donuts is open in this blizzard today (Sunday, Jan 25, 2026)!

I just picked up espresso and bagels when other stores are closed. Let’s acknowledge how hard this staff works, staying open and working happily even during storms and many holidays. Remember to tip them!

“I think I officially found my go-to drink at Dunkin’: a hot Midnight Black Coffee. ☕

If you want fresh coffee, order one of these. Every time I’ve gotten it, it’s been brewed fresh. This morning I stopped by my local Dunkin’, and they told me it’d be a few minutes because they were making a fresh pot. One sip, one whiff, and I was awake.

Definitely my new favorite.“

“Used to love going out of my way to come to this dunkin because they USED to have my favorite flavor, the chocolate headlight. Unfortunately, this flavor was discontinued. Their donuts seemed fresher than other locations. I hope they bring the chocolate headlight back because this was the only location outside of Florida that had it. -1 star for this reason. No reason to go out of my way now. My waste is probably the only one happy about this.“

“Definitely order online first. This location gets busy, especially during lunchtime, so it’s easier to place your order ahead and just pick it up. There’s no drive-through, but it’s worth the stop. The food was great- fresh, hot, and made to order. The Midnight Coffee was really good. Just make sure to check your order before you leave for accuracy.“

“This is my go-to Dunkin spot. Convenient location and staff is always on point. Very friendly and accommodating, and always providing great service. Sometimes they get a high volume of customers, but they’re able to deliver quick and efficiently - never had a wrong order given to me.

Management is also great and helps ensure all staff members are treated like a team. One feedback I’d provide is to probably to have a dedicated coffee staff who handles all drink orders separately while the rest of the staff focuses on other things (I’ve seen this structure work very efficiently in Manhattan, specifically in very busy locations). But either way, friendly service, great vibes, and a hard working pool of staff.“
