“Service is wonderful. They are patient as my very young daughter places her order, providing choices for any items that may be out. This, even on a busy Sunday, after chirch! There is a particularly lovely young lady who works Sunday mornings at the register. She is friendly and welcoming to my girls, even as I encourage my girls to place their own orders without my assistance. The service is what helped this Levittown location make its way into our Sunday routine!“

Bank employees who have been giving outstanding service throughout the year.The reason only 4 Stars is because they had a limited selection (4 types) of donut holes. For 75 "holes" it was packaged in 2 boxes (1 box held 25 "holes" & the other box held 50 "holes"). Cost $23.? - don't recall exact change.Person behind counter didn't smile but service was quick.In regard to dining in - few small tables/chairs to sit. Don't know if delivery or curbside pickup is available.“

“Long story short: would give 6 Stars if possible. Was short .29 cents picking up a Iced caramel Latte for a friend working at Star Bazaar down the block. Out of the shadows, Abraham (manager?) “The regular coffee is really good when compared to most other places. This is particularly true when you compare Tim Hortons to Duncan Donuts and Starbucks. Duncan tastes very mild. Starbucks tastes like a mild espresso. Perhaps it's just me and my taste preference. In any case, I prefer Tim Hortons coffee and I like the fact that you can gas up at a reasonable price, get coffee, donuts or other snacks all in one place. In short, Tim Hortons is a much better place to visit than 7Eleven.“

“⭐ Dunkin’ at 1 Glen Cove Road in Greenvale – My Take

This Dunkin’ is super convenient, especially being right near Harbor Hill School. I’ve stopped in a few times when I’m in the area—either for a quick coffee or something on the go.

The location is easy to find, but the parking lot can get tight, especially during the morning rush. You might have to wait a bit for a spot, which can be frustrating if you’re in a hurry.

Inside, the store is on the smaller side. It’s really set up more for quick grabs than for hanging out, but it’s always been clean when I’ve gone in. Service has been hit or miss depending on the day—some staff are friendly and fast, while other times the energy feels a little low and the orders might not come out quite right.

Food and drinks are standard Dunkin’. Most of the time my coffee is spot on, and the breakfast sandwiches are decent. I’ve had a couple off days with stale donuts or a drink made wrong, but nothing major. Just depends on who’s working and how busy it is.

Overall, I’d give this spot a solid 3.9 out of 5. It does the job when you need a caffeine fix or a bite, especially if you’re already nearby. Just don’t count on it for a relaxing sit-down coffee—this is more of a grab-and-go kind of place.“

“I ordered a lot and they forgot a few things. The guy behind the counter acted skeptically when I told him he had forgotten to give me some of the stuff I ordered. He never gave me a receipt so I could prove what I had paid for. Ultimately he gave me the rest of the order without much resistance, but it felt kinda shady like he assumed I wouldn't remember all the stuff I asked for. Sometimes it pays to be of a large and imposing size.

Parking: Adequate parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: I did not see any adequate wheelchair access. At least not from the parking lot where someone who might park actually try to enter the store from.“

“I am doing very well after this visit. I ordered an egg and cheese with a mango refresher and was rewarded with smiles from the Muslim worker I think Yousaf? He lightened up my day the same way he lightened up my stomach with this meal.
The atmosphere he invites into this store is something I needed. He deserves much more in life and I can't wait to see what he accomplishes!“

“Tim Horton sausage egg n cheese on a croissant just took #1st place with its big block of cheese slice. Fried eggs that taste like made in DR. And the croissant is the best croissant I ever had. Sausage is just as delicious or more than other places. Sheesh. That brings down McDonald’s to 2nd place. Dunkin’ Donuts to 3rd place plus everyone else. And I think Tim sells the sandwich cheaper than everyone else but not 100% on this“

“Probably the nicest DD I've ever been to. The place is always spotless, the workers always smiling, and the coffee always top notch. Even the donuts in their display case are pristine! It's almost too good to be true. They've even got a merchandise table, with tons of cool DD themed trinkets. Go check it out for yourself!“

“I just went in for an Iced Green Tea w/ melted honey. I have been a coffee drinker for 15 years and just switched. Every dunkin I go to straight up refuses to even try to make it. Nobody cares.

The manager at this Dunkin Donuts not only cared enough to listen to my request, he made the drink PERFECT. I worked for Dunkin Donuts for about a year and it's like I made it myself.

“Overnight shift staff is amazing! During the day can be dicey. Need to stop hiring the teenagers who only care about hooking up with fellow employees or customers online. Also, daytime they get a bit messy with their drinks and you're handed a sticky cup. The two gentlemen at night midnight and on are EXCELLENT!!!! They need a raise, bonus' or whatever.. Just don't let them leave.. lol.. Food has been good too“

“Says it opens at 5am but when you get there at 5:30am, the lights are off, there are 2 people inside walking around... You Go to the drive thru menu and they take your order. It's a bit confusing, wouldn't you want the lights on when the establishment is supposed to be open at 5am? The ladies are nice and I've had no issues. Just a bit odd.“

“The fact that I live closer to here and been going to the greenwich location is a joke in itself. This location is not only better but slightly cheaper. I haven’t had an entire fresh box since I lived in Oceanside (moved 08’). I no longer have to gamble. I am coming here. They had the nerve to have decorative donuts and they were not crunchy. After only a few times coming to this location the staff (a woman) knew my order. Nobody has ever messed up my order and I've never had to wait an excessive amount.
