“I went to check out the new location in Levittown after they closed their spot in Mineola. The new place looks great—clean, spacious, and welcoming.

I ordered my food to go, and it was ready by the time I got there. Everything was hot, freshly made, and delicious. I got the chicken souvlaki with grilled veggies, and it came with a small Greek salad. The portions are generous, and you definitely get your money’s worth.

The lamb gyro was also really good—tender, well-seasoned, and stuffed with meat. They definitely don’t skimp. The staff was super friendly, service was quick, and pickup was easy. Definitely worth the trip.“

“Last night I took my 95 yo dad with my family here, our Go-To Greek restaurant and as always we had another wonderful meal. The grilled octopus, coconut shrimp and the haloumi cheese were all delicious. I had the chicken santorini for the first time and it was amazing as it melted in my mouth. The food is always spot on and most of all we are treated like family. I would recommend "It's Greek to Me" without hesitation.“

“Me my daughter and my granddaughter went there for Sunday Brunch. Billy was our server. He was great, funny, and very efficient. The food was so good that I could not stop eating. I have send a review for the restaurant Greekville. The name says it all. Nice to know there is a great spot to get Greek take out , and this is one of the best. The food is fresh and delicious and they give you large portions , From the chicken gyro to the spanakopita ( spinach pie). The soups lentil and chicken lemon (avgolemono )are good as well .“

“Delicious Food, Fresh Flavors, Friendly & Fast service. These were the highlights of my visit. Yesterday, late at night we were looking for options for dinner and wanted a break from regular bowl meals we takeout. I had seen this place many a times while passing by and read reviews on google. I don’t know why I took so long to visit it. I absolutely loved the flavors, took a Zeus bowl and chicken skewers. It was nicely seasoned and most importantly cooked well. Owners are friendly. I would say it’s easy to miss this place, but do not miss it. Give it a try. ‘Cause I will be going again for some gyros 😊“

The atmosphere, the food and the wine was tops but the service was the best. I think there was a handsome model named Christian was working that night. “The food was excellent! Had the Fried Calamari (but you can order grilled), and the Mediterranean Octopus salad. Both were good but we all really loved the octopus! We had the Mixed Grill which consists of lamb chop, pork chop, skirt steak and chicken. menu says "serves 2" but it easily fed 4, and I don't think I'll finish what I took home in one sitting! Also had the Mixed Grill Vegetable which goes well obviously with the protein dish. Had a Greek beer and a glass of Greek red wine. Very friendly service: the bartender, greeter, our waiter, all gave good vibes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!“

One huge chicken cutlet over a generous portion of delicious rice and a tasty Greek salad- with a grape leaf and feta! I am a very picky eater but this chix was seasoned beautifully, so that if garlic, onion or rosemary(my triple threat) was used, it all blended together perfectly so that even I could not pick out the offensive spice. Amazingly, the yogurt sauce is also tasty( I hate yogurt sauce;usually throw it away). Forgot to tell them not to give it to me, so as not to waste it, but I’m glad I forgot! All of this, and a lot of smiling happy employees, for $12.99 cash. Wowza.“

I once had something pop up immediately after picking up my greek salad there, and only had a chance to eat 7 hours later, after it had turned into a soggy mess. You know what: IT STILL BANGED!
