The fact that it’s Zabiha makes it even better, knowing everything is halal and carefully sourced. The food? Incredible. We started with the beef Bihari, and they were so juicy and packed with flavor—just the right amount of spice and served with this fresh mint chutney that tied everything together. The biryani, which was perfection. The rice was fragrant, and the meat was super tender, with all those spices working in harmony. The real star, though, was their Amazing Nihari. It tasted homemade, like something you’d get at a family gathering. The spices were bold but balanced, and the meat was cooked to perfection. You could tell they put real love into this dish.
And let’s not forget the naan—soft, warm, and just the right texture to scoop up all the delicious flavors. The staff was so friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. If you’re craving real Pakistani food, Al Kababi should be at the top of your list. The quality of the chicken and the rice was above average. The white sauce and the hot sauce were both pretty good too. I will go back for a combo plate next time to taste their lamb.
