“Finally got here after are Jrad show was rescheduled great sours and great IPAs and NEIPAs we got some apps before the show with Beers and then the next day came back for lunch and had the Ultimate BBQ platter that was a lot more meat than I expected great sauce not to sweet and not to smoky and the sweet rub on the chicken is right on spot. “This place is a true gem. There is something for everyone in this amazingly diverse, freshly made, and uniquely crafted culinary experience. Tonight, I requested a menu item that had been tweaked, as they constantly evolve their offerings to keep new and exciting dishes at the forefront. When I asked for it, they didn’t hesitate or give the usual “not sure we can” response—which would have been understandable, especially since the place was packed. Instead, I was assured they would do their best, and if it couldn’t be made, it would be personally explained to me. Adrienne, who made this possible and is essentially the director of the restaurant, bars, and lounge—a demanding role, especially on a busy day—went above and beyond, and I am so thankful to her. The dish was fantastically prepared, and I deeply appreciate both the food and the service. Bradley and others also stopped by to say hello and see if there was anything else they could help with. Truly top-tier in every way. Eating here feels like choosing to stay at a five-star hotel in NYC—exceptional, thoughtful, and memorable. Thank you so much to Adrienne and her entire staff“

“How do you smash burgers and one of the burgers are here one of the best burgers I’ve ever tried and apparently they’re made from scratch.

Jill was my waitress, and she was so kind and helpful. She actually helped me pick what I beer I would want to drink and she should deafly get a raise hahaha.“

“We had the rehersal dinner for my son's wedding at Counterpart Brewing this past weekend. The team was fantastic to work with in the planning stages and the evening of the dinner. The food was excellent, the atmosphere fun and relaxed and the service terrific! Thank you!!“

“We visited here yesterday, just before going to the show and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Good selection of brews on tap, across the spectrum of styles. They also had a very nice selection of one off sours, in bottles, to sell. The bartender was very friendly and helpful. We learned a lot while chatting with him. We loved the clean, modern look of the bar area. We did not get upstairs to the patio, but we will do that next time. What a great place. We will definitely return.“

“Went here for our first time. Been to other Griffons before so we thought to try here in youngstown. The atmosphere is pleasant and open. The menu is very limited. I ordered the double burger and my wife ordered the chicken sandwich. She wanted lettuce, onion and tomato on it. They don't have that! I saw a salad on the menu, what do they make it out of? Also chips with our order, no fries. The bartender was our server also. He was pleasant and attentive. Overall not very pleased with it Overall. But on the plus side I think the prices are a bit lower than the other Griffons.“

“Stopped by soon after they opened and sat at the bar. While there wasn't someone at the bar when we walked in, when the bartender came out, he was really friendly and attentive. It was quiet and enjoyable. We ordered all 8 beers off the menu for the flight and some chips and guacamole which came out pretty quickly.

The chips were warm and fresh and both the guacamole and the tomato salsa were good and flavorful. I thought I would have really enjoyed the peach radler and the cream ale, neither were as sweet as I thought they would be and not what I would consider a peach radler or a cream ale. I did really enjoy their premium lager and their red ale.

I definitely enjoyed here more than the brewery itself, mainly cause the service was much better and the staff was friendly.“

“Came as a family of 4. There was something for everyone. Service was great, food was delicious, and there was a live band playing downstairs (Friday night) which was nice. We sat upstairs so we could still talk to one another and there were TVs playing all the major sports games which our son really appreciated. Bonus we got to see the kitchen from up above which both teens loved. Restrooms were clean too. Definitely will be returning.“

“The food was great and the service was spectacular! Bill is very attentive and provided us with many activities to do even though it’s not tourist season right now. The locals that were there were also very nice and helpful. They even gave us sleds to take with us so that we could go sledding! The atmosphere is one that makes you want to stay for a long time. The daily special was delicious. Highly recommend.“
