“Great food! We stopped in while on our trip to Niagara Falls state park. Very convenient as it is located very close to the park and nearby Seneca Casino. Lobby was very clean and food was made to order. Service was a little slow for a burger place but at least the food was fresh. Small parking around back but is limited. We would definitely come again in the future“

“We come to A&W several times each week. The staff here is great and the food is always excellent. With the app you can collect points for free food and they add up fast. They always have coupons available and even accept expired ones. Of all the fast food restaurants we like A&W’s breakfast sandwiches the best. “I went last night! We dealt with Pranjal. Okay so here it goes pranjal was working her nightshift and we ordered uber pick up it was lime 45 minutes and we were hungry so we went in there and told her to cancel it as we are really hungry so she being so nice she said pls sir i. Will first give you samosas then sandwiches and momos that way you can eat a little and not wait for straight 45 minutes. That was a really sweet gesture. Pranjal is a very hardworking and a very beautiful girl not only outside but inside too. She is soo good at what she does. “I’m writing this review not because of the food (even though the food is always excellent) I’m writing it for the excellent customer service I received today. My coworkers and I decided to order subs for lunch via DoorDash. When my order arrived, it was missing more than half the order. Not sure what happened, and frankly I don’t even care. I called Jersey Mikes and spoke with the manager, Damien. He agreed that a mistake had occurred and promised to make it right. He corrected the order, asked me where I worked and told me that he would bring the food himself!!! And 20 minutes later, he did just that!!! Myself and my coworkers are so grateful for him! We only get a 30 minute lunch break, and if we had to reorder and wait for another dasher, we wouldn’t have been able to eat (we work in healthcare). Damien is truly an asset to Jersey Mikes and needs to be promoted to VP! And to the rest of the staff, you are all amazing also. The food is always great, and everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. Customer service is not an easy job, but the staff at NF Jersey Mikes are the absolute best!! “One of the few fast food places you can go to where they don't screw up your order, can speak the English and the food is consistently good. What other fast food burger joint serves fresh lettuce, tomato and onion on their burgers with a decent patty that is actually ground beef?

Came here yesterday for the first time with my uncle getting a quick bite before we resumed our work, i got the pepperoni meatball sub, very good impossible to eat without getting sauce everywhere but very good, loved how some of the meatballs had a bit char on it added more flavour, the fries were good too, thick,crunchy and soft on the inside. Yummy!
And the service was amazing after we had finished eating my uncle got up to put his tray away and a worker quickly came over and did it instead“
