We were blown away with how good everything was. A little more tangy and vinegary than KC style but it was really excellent. “So this is the peanut butter and jelly burger. Lots of bacon, burger cooked to perfection. It's a unique flavor. Everybody should try one. I'm pretty sure you'll either love it or I hate it, I don't think there's any in between. If you're looking for a restaurant where the food is a little outside the norm, this is your place. First time there, great weight staff definitely plan on going back. Cozy and comfy and not rushed.”

“The amount of time I spend thinking about Okay's chicken tenders and fries and all their dipping sauces is actually a little bit embarrassing. I am a chicken tender lover at heart, and a french fry connoisseur, and these are some of the best, if not THE best, in the greater Rochester area.The cocktails are also ALWAYS delicious and very creative. First came here about a year and a half ago and at first the beer was a little underwhelming (we used to joke that the the place had "okay beer") but they really seem to have come into their own in the last six months or so on the beer front and we're really enjoying the beer too!!Great vibe in the bar area, fun to bowl if you're interested, great outdoor space in the summer. My favorite place to recommend to friends or meet up with other couples. Love, love, love.”

This is a great local spot to stop for a hearty meal or light snack while you plan your busy day visiting the rich history of Avon or choosing your one of many local nature attractions. Try to make at the Avon Historian next door to the left. “Great local pizza place. Really love their buffalo chicken calzone! Not only is it just spicy enough, but they make some of the biggest calzones around, packed full with juicy buffalo chicken. Their pizzas are also really good. The only thing that sucks is having to drive all the way to Mendon for this terrific food. Very much wish the Victor location was still open!”

“I was supposed to come here with a friend but he's sick so it's a good thing I like dining solo just fine. I went right after they opened and there were several tables there already. Maybe Solar Eclipse traffic??? I was greeted right away-from across the room actually. I think it was the manager because he made the rounds to the tables asking how everything was later on. I started off with a lemon sour. Delicious. Never had one but if you're looking for a sweet drink this ain't it. It was on special. I was delivered bread with honey butter, pickles and hummus. I thought that was weird but it was actually so good on the bread. I had a piece of Italian bread, some onion bread and probably focaccia. The bread plate was insane-I could have just had bread there and been happy. I ordered a wood fired pizza. I mean that's in the name so that's what I got. It was pretty good. The sauce is on the spicy side. Just enough heat to wake up your tastebuds but not so uncomfortable that your mouth is on fire. I heard the table next to me also was talking about the spice of one of their dishes and talking about their nose running when things are spicy...same girl, same. And my nose was a little runny. I wish the pepperoni had been cup and char but that may have put that pizza over the top with having such a robust sauce. I did indulge in dessert. Against my better judgement because I full! But luckily my dessert stomach stepped her ass up to the plate and took one for the team. I do not think the dessert selection is that fantastic. I think every dessert has some chocolate in it except for the crème brûlée so if you're not a chocolate person, there's not a whole lot to choose from. I really wanted the coconut cake, but that had chocolate ganache on it, and the oatmeal cake just sounded unappealing so I passed on those. The crème brûlée was really good. My server was really good. I can't complain. It's a good place to eat-worth the drive and I liked the atmosphere. I found it to be a little drafty though and I noticed others keeping their coats on. I didn't have a coat so I was a bit chilly the whole meal. Good drink selection, not many appetizers though not that you'll need them. They encourage plate sharing. The pizzas are quite big especially for one!!”

“My husband and I happened upon a small bag of Jamaican Me Happy at a winery during a visit to NY- it was love at first cup…first sniff, really haha. Since then, I’ve had to get my fix by ordering online. TWICE now, these lovely humans have upsized items in our online order, and thrown in amazing bonuses as well!! Few things in this world are better than large quantities of high quality, delicious coffee!! It’s worth the out of state shipping cost when we receive our “happy mail”.Thanks Evening Star! “I can’t believe it took our family 7 years to pick up the phone and try out the food here. With a gluten allergy in the home , Chinese food has generally been off the table . We ended up seeing a few reviews here by GF folks and decided to give the Beef Curry with Chinese veg and Shrimp Chow Mein a try . The manager was incredibly helpful and educated on gluten and so nice . I think we’ll be spending quite a bit of money here now over the years.”

“Always a great meal to be had at Flaherty's. Best part is that they have Boddingtons by the can! I typically will order a burger and sit at the bar but I've never really had a bad meal here. Food is always prepared as ordered and the staff is always willing to help. It's your typical American Irish Pub.”

“Great old style hamburger joint. Full of color and positive energy. Food menu was full of choices to satisfy every tastebud. The original and walhburger are still my favorites. Before you go make sure to check out the great coupon offers (simple Google search) you will happy at what you find. The meat sauce has its own special taste, not too hot and not too sweet, just the perfect blend of flavor to add to your burger or dip your fries into.”
