“Visiting my childhood home town from Boston. Childhood friend and I drove by Bayview Kitchen on our way home. Initially thought it was a kitchen reno store then realized it was a restaurant. Decided to try. Always up for adventure. What a WOW! Staff from entry to restraunt were warm and friendly. Love the decor sleek and so clean. Service was great. Now the important part..the food. We both had the j*** chicken tostada which was super delicious. Ingredients were so fresh.. Right amount of spice and ingredients with a nice kick. Got a chance to speak with owner and chef. They were so proud of their restaurant and looking to hear our thoughts on our meal. We told them it was extra special. They are looking to provide fresh quality soul food to the community and I would say they exceeded our expectations. Wishing them success and looking to return on my next visit to Amityville. The outside stone work decor is so beautiful. Thank you for a great food experience. Give this place a try I believe you will not be disappointed.“

“Very nice and attentive staff. The restaurant was also clean. I was not impressed with the food though... It was nowhere near hot when we got served, almost cold, and the food was not very good. My Sunny side eggs we're not cooked all the way, and had to be sent back! This is the third time I've come here hoping that it would be different and the food is just not good here at all.“

“I love going to IHOP with my family and even more now with my baby girl. I like that they have most of the proteins listed with the exact amount of sides so my daughter can enjoy them as well. I am please that she can taste a balanced meal. My family is very particular when ordering while eating out but I can relax when coming here for I know all the staff will be very attentive and prompt to help us even with the smallest request.
