“I was in route to another Thai restaurant and came across this place first and then I decided to make a U-turn and go in and get some drunken noodles.
The place was so beautiful and the staff was so friendly and welcoming I also love the atmosphere and ambience it has a dine in option,
However I just came in for takeout.
The food is made to order and they ask what level of spice would you like. Which is what I love the most,
The portions are great enough to feed 2/ people,
I also like the fact that they make everything fresh and it doesn’t take long for the food to be cooked.
I was so impressed with this restaurant that I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANY TIME OF THE DAY!!!!
I ordered the chicken drunken noodles and I had them before from California to all over NYC and this place reigns supreme.
Give them a try and thank me later!!
This is my new favorite gem.

We rolled in after curtain call, still buzzing from the performance, and they seated us warmly despite the late hour. “My grandma and I always go here and get pad Thai with mock duck. The food is heavenly! Anything good you could say about the food is true! The duck is crispy on the outside and buttery melt-in-your-mouth on the inside, and the flavor of the sauce is just incredible! The glass noodles are light and have a perfect texture. The regular noodles are filling and also perfect. Oh- and the peanut sauce that comes with the salad is the best peanut sauce you could ever imagine! It’s so addicting, and has a tad kick to it (I think you can only get that at lunch though). My grandma and I only ate there in person a couple times, but the service was great, considering how crowded the restaurant always is (I think the fact that it’s always stuffed to the brim is a sign of a good restaurant :). They had good vibes and a really chill aesthetic. We always get the food delivered, and it comes in a really short amount of time. My grandma also loves this food; we get food that’s not spicy, because we are both sensitive to spice (but if you like spice, they have dishes with that too). I wanted to think of something I didn’t like here, but I can’t! All in all, eat here!! (Also, hack for more duck; when asking for extra mock duck, ask for it in a separate container; that way you can see just how much you’re getting, and they can’t skimp! The logic behind this is when there’s an already full container full of food, you can’t add that much more duck; so when you have a separate container, they can fill it all the way up!)“

Anytime I needed customizations, I either called or left notes and they handled it smoothly without extra charges. I have spent a little over $200 with them so far and they have been consistently solid. “So I have been craving for authentic Thai food for a very long time and one cold evening after a long day at work I was checking out Thai restaurants near me and voila I came across Chill D taste Thai. It was low-key hiding in plain sight all this time.

We ordered Tom Kha Kai chicken Soup, beef green curry which comes with white rice on the side, pad Thai, spicy basil chicken fried rice and not to forget the mango sticky rice. All of the dishes were mouthwatering and exactly tasted like what I've been craving for so long.

“D & Y Kitchen has been around in the Five Towns area for a long time (well over 20 years I believe) and their food has remained consistently delicious and attentively well-prepared and presented.
You can tell when a chef takes pride in his menu, dishes and culinary skills.

It is a friendly, small take-out establishment
with a couple of tables to sit at
while you wait for your food...
but delivery is a reliable option
as well.

My husband & I recently ordered some meals and I can happily say
each dish was a delight!
Nothing disappointed!

The portions are generous & well-priced.
The quality of ingredients is very high.
Most importantly though, each and every menu item we tried was cooked to perfection and put satiated smiles
on our faces!

I've become addicted to their saucy
spare-rib tips and lobster fried rice!

The perfectly cooked noodle soups are delicious too and brimming with bright, fresh vegetables, thick (I chose udon) rice noodles with good chew and
last, but not least, tender pieces of meat
carefully arranged & placed on top.

Nothing was too salty or under or overly seasoned or spiced.

And I tried their substantial steamed
pork dumplings the last time we ordered
and they were fantastic!
Great satisfying chewy texture
to the wrapping with a savory-delicious hidden-treasure dob of pork filling inside.
The dipping sauce on the side had a subtle full-flavored tang to it and quickly became addictive! (Next time, I will definitely request an additional small container)

But This was my first time ever along with my child & Husband trying out this Restaurant & it was just excellent, amazing, perfect! The fact I had ordered on Uber eats and uber eats canceled my order due to the driver taking long & restaurant closing up, but as soon as my order was cancelled on the app, this restaurant actually did not hesitate to contact me directly, to tell me that they will deliver the food to me & did ask where was I located, which I mentioned “Far Rockaway” & which this excellent restaurant was still nice & Great about delivering my orders, I did mention that I was very understandable & I would pay for the toll for them to come over & go back which was just 4$ total & then tip them very well in my part which they actually deserved! I can say that this Long Beach Chines restaurant is on top of the line! Please don’t miss out at all! I never had ever tasted A excellent Special House fried rice like theirs, along with there Chicken wings, Jumbo Shrimps, shrimps Broccoli & White rice, & French Fries, & Egg Roll, that tasted amazing & was NOT GREECY at all! I will continue to order from here from now on because of there excellence Food, Taste, Portions are beyond excellent as well I didn’t expect for each order to be filled up all like they serve theirs which is how each order should always be every where else! & Customer Service & Prices was beyond Excellent as well!
