“This McDonalds is NOT open 24/7 on any of the days they claim to be. And on Sundays they open at 6am. Otherwise, when I come here during the day, the employees are nice and they seem very organized. If you are short on time though, I would not recommend coming. This McDonalds is very busy and if you go to the drivethru, 95% of the time they will ask you to pull into a parking space and wait for someone to come out to bring your food.“

“We've been coming to the reading room since it opened. We are big fans of the coffee bar especially the hot lattes. We had one yesterday that was delicious, creamy, smooth and had divine chocolate notes. Cup sizing is great too (small = 2 shots, medium = 3 shots, large = 4 shots). They do coffee right in a way that most coffee shops do not!! Staff are always welcoming and kind. Wonderful seating on front porch. Book selection is also great and they will order any book for you! They are the best :)“

“A friend gave me some of the delicious cookies, they were amazing. You could taste the quality ingredients, so fresh. My favorite cookie is the very large oatmeal cookie with chocolate chips🥰yum!!“

“This place is a gem living in our neck of the woods. Nino is always so kind and helpful, and Dom is always pleasant and kind. They have a hot lunch that you can buy there, different assortments everyday, ranging from meat loaf to baked chicken, lasagna, chicken francese, rice, chicken Marsala, roasted vegetables, pasta, etc. Whenever I go there for any of their delicious sandwiches, I usually end up buying something from the hot bar as well because the food just looks and tastes so appetizing.

Their cheese pizza slices are HUGE! They also have different types of pizza, from plain to supreme, whatever you ask for they can make.

Great coffee, small place to sit for a quick sandwich, varied selection of goods, and if you have a hankering for something pretty specific, give them a call as they probably have it...which would save you a trip to the grocery store.

They specialize in breakfast and lunch, but they also do catering, their trays are delicious. Their chicken cordon Bleu is notable. They also have frozen pastas and decent pastries in the morning.

“I stop at this Dunkin whenever I’m in the area. The staff is friendly, they always make my food and drink to my exact liking and keep the line moving when the store gets crowded while maintaining top service. A specific crew member I’d like to shoutout is Darwin. He greets every customer with a smile and does not get overwhelmed when there is a long line and does a great job of multitasking on register, drinks and the food station. As a former Dunkin employee myself, he provides the level of service I would strive to provide if I was still employed there. I would highly recommend this location.“

“I am by no means overly familiar with Dunkin Donuts, but I have certainly been to locations of this franchise that leave a lot to be desired.

Stopping in on a whim, I was genuinely shocked at how nice the interior looked. The donuts were showcased beautifully, I loved the “bar style” coffee pour, and most importantly this Dunkin was CLEAN.

Service was great and while I am a Starbucks girlie, I was happy with my bagel and chai.

The bagel seemed quite “dark” for cinnamon raisin, but was toasted fine. The chai could have tasted “spicier,” but was hot and fine for what it was. For $9.07, I’m not complaining.

While the location is a tad awkward, give this Dunkin a try. Despite the mixed reviews, they seem to be doing some things right.“

“Had the honor and pleasure of meeting Anthony and his partner last week at the local Mahopac Farmers market and a true gentleman! Tried the signature blend and instantly hooked! Brought it home threw it through my French press and gave it time to steep. Pressed it and sat it for a few minutes and out of this world. Deep rich flavor, amazing aroma with a nutty bold taste! Going back tomorrow as i have to send some out to a friend! Home run Anthony!!!!“

“The charming restaurants in this lovely town offered a fantastic experience, particularly the BLT served on sourdough bread. While the chicken sandwich was satisfactory, personal preference might favor chicken breast over thighs. Despite the high volume of customers, the staff demonstrated exceptional efficiency and provided excellent service.“

“I have used this DD for years. It is always clean and the staff are helpful and polite. It is pretty large, so one can usually find a table to have your coffee and what ever else you ordered. Some of the other DD are too small to have a relaxing cup of coffee b/c they have very limited seating.“

“Pretty good DD. Convenient in and out. Food is very good. I really like this Dunkin Shop.  They do have the best coffee and tea.  I also love their grilled cheese sandwich, with extra cheese for extra gooeyness.  I like the donuts, although I don't have them often.  The muffins are very good, but they don't have some of them all the time.  I loved the apple cider donuts too, before they ran out of the mix to make them.  They should definitely bring them back this fall because pumpkin everything is getting old.  They should also bring back the cheese bagel twists. They never have them anymore.  The breakfast sandwiches are good and I get them occasionally.  The bagels are not my favorite.  They seem kind of hard most of the time and they should be soft and squishy.  They should try to work on that because they always seem stale.  The croissants are good, not as good as a croissant made in France, but not bad.  I like the new sourdough bread that they have now.  The avocado toast is very good.  I don't like the sundried tomatoes though.  They should try to build on the avocado toast because it is so popular with healthy people.  I use to like the egg white veggie flatbread but they don't have that all the time now.  They should try to add new things to the menu because people like diversity alot in the items they choose for breakfast, lunch or dinner.  I don't like that they changed their rewards program.  It is a step backwards even tho they added new items to choose from.  They had one of the best customer appreciation rewards program before and now it is perceived as a take away with not getting as many points towards free drinks.“

“I went out of my way to go here the other day because they still have Baskin Robins. Parking lot...um? Is confusing. Also, it looks like they got rid of all of their actual parking? So it's just a drive through? You have to go into the Chase parking lot to get into the Dunkin Parking lot. Staff was ok...could have been better“

“Best McDonald’s I have been too in awhile, burger tasted good and wasn’t just slapped together and messy, staff all tucked in shirts and not like they hated life. Food was freshly cooked and clean not a piece of trash on the floor. Person always checking at the front to see if people eating inside needed anything instead of avoiding the counter. Great experience here“
