“Our favorite Carvel by far! The staff is wonderful, always helpful, patient and very accommodating to special requests! The service is great! The store is very clean and they serve quality ice cream and beautifully decorated cakes (they can make pretty much make any design/style you want). Another plus- convenient hours and location. The best ice cream shop around!“

“This is a combo baskin-robins and Dunkin Donuts. We did Dunkin. What's not to like about Dunkin? Good coffee, fast service, usual unhealthy but good tasting menu items. Friendly staff. Parking ok. Close to highway exit off Rt. 22 in Paterson.“
“No better place to reward yourself after a vigorous bike ride on the North County Trail way. Where else can one get Cooke Monster flavored ice cream and the best smoothies in Westchester County? A super friendly staff adds to the fun.“
“Apparently, we went in the wrong door and stood at the wrong side of the line, the two girls working ignored us, another couple walked in the "right" door and cut us on line. We waited for realistically 5 to 8 minutes scratching our heads as another girl came out of the back and while the one girl struggled in vein to scoop the ice cream the other two girls talked amongst themselves about love, work and managers being bossy, we quietly snuck out the "wrong door" and headed down the road to the next ice cream establishment. Too bad that people today people feel that just because they showed up thats good enough. I do not blame Haagen dazs because most places we go there are children being left unsupervised and refusing to do their jobs. If you can find the help its usually bad. Thanks we'll try again soon.“
