Came Saturday to celebrate my birthday made 6pm reservations and were sat immediately. Unfortunately the service was rushed despite there being plenty of empty seats. we we're still enjoying our appetizer when we we're asked if we we're done and attempted to take our plate. I literally had to tell the server we were on a date night and had a sitter, hinting we were not in a rush but that did not change the service.
Food price / quality (value) rating 8. The atmosphere is contemporary minimalist, with shorefront views of Lake Mahopac. We sat outside on the dock. I had the Parmesan Crusted Chicken cutlet with roasted Brussels sprouts and mixed veggies. The wife had the sea scallops. Both were very good, prepared and presented nicely. Great views, great food good drinks and friendly service. We've only ever been to this place after cycling there from Tilly Foster Rd down the Putnam Trailway but it makes the journey fun to sit on the water after and enjoy the view.
