“Stopped in for a quick bite, felt like a homey local spot, our waitress although short on staff was very tentative to our table, she was working her tail off making sure all the tables were accommodated and she did it with a smile. All the food was really good and very reasonably priced. Im sure we will stop back in for another service. Would highly recommend if in the area.“
“Small town dinner, nothing fancy, we had a taco salad that was very good. Open for breakfast and lunch, closes at 2pm. Mostly men, workers, a few older couples and some women having lunch. Our friend recommended French toast for breakfast was really good.Parking: There was enough parking,, its near state highway., might have to park farther away if its really busy.Kid-friendliness: I didn't see any children but they do have some books or crayons to keep kids busy.“
“I’ve been to a lot places of different cuisines and price ranges and when it comes to such restaurants it is something I appreciate the most.Cozy, friendly atmosphere great tasting food and generous price. You must try their home made pies, they are phenomenal!Parking: There’s plenty of space on the parking if you are a truck driver and looking to pick a good place to have food on your way. Also its close to the interstate!“
“Fantastic place! My wife and I went here while at the Greek Oeak resort and we both loved it. I got the Virgil Elk burger which was delicious and not the least bit gamey. My wife got the meatloaf which was moist and full of flavor, as were the mashed potatoes she got on the side. The bacon the meatloaf may have been just slightly overcooked but this didn’t impact how it tasted. Cheese bread and this liquefied garlic butter was served with the meal which was also delicious. The server was attentive and professional. Would definitely come back again. Some of the best food I ever had in Cortland County.Parking: As the restaurant is at a ski resort, parking is shared with the resort. The parking lot was pretty full most of the time, it being a school break.Kid-friendliness: The restaurant is upscale but casual dress code. There were a number of families with kids.“
“Satisfactory service, great drinks, and amazing food. The french fries were probably one of the best I've ever had. If you've finished a trip at Green Peak Mountain Resort, then this restaurant is a must when you're ready to settle down.“
