“I was in midtown Manhattan to see a live TV show, Gutfeld. I had some time before lining up outside the TV channel's building, so I stopped in for a quick lunch at this place. It is, apparently, open 24 hours, which is interesting given it's location right smack in the middle of midtown. I ordered some hot items from the hot bar, which is extensive. I chose the eggplant parmesan with rice. The food was good. This restaurant does not look to be the most hygienically pleasing, but, on the other hand, it was not expensive and the offerings I chose were tasty. The service was OK. One other note is that when I asked for regular water, they handed me an empty cup which I had to fill from a tap, they did not have any of those water filtration systems you see at many other restaurants, kind of a cheap touch.“

“The food and service is always on point. I live in Brooklyn but love to stop here whenever I’m in the city or when I’m showing visitors around. I’ve had the avocado toast, the rueben benedict (a must), salmon benedict and the ranchero (brisket dish) and it all hits!! I have yet to try the lunch menu but it’s just the perfect breakfast spot. Coffee is always great too. Just consistently good food and such warm friendly service.“

“After dropping off our daughter at school this morning the wife wanted to stop at a nice place for a quick bite that didn't have that quick bite feeling, we landed on the Main Street gem known as Cafe Vista. This cozy, delightfully sunny, positive energy vibe Cafe offers all day dining items, made to order, a very innovative beverage selection, sultry and sweet dessert delights and a classy/ calm music selection while you dine. I strongly recommend the Bacon Egg and Cheese sandwich on an Everything Bagel. Warm fluffy eggs , melted cheddar made with honey ham chunks overflowing on a toasted bagel. Also the mushroom spinach and mozzerella omelet paired with a delightful morning salad medley. For dessert we had the rasberry brownie and a cheese blueberry Danish. For beverages in old school (coffee light and sweet) which came in a elegantly styled oversized mug and the wife had the BLUE LAVENDER MATCHA TEA (highly recommended by us both). The presentation, flavor and overall vibe of our visit turned our quick bite into an over hour stay. We were very pleased and humbled to be served and attended to by Cafe Vista OWNER Balsayat, thank you for making our breakfast special this morning, it was great chatting with you, lovely tranquil, and serene establishment you have here.“

“This is such a great little spot in NYC! We went for breakfast and when we arrived the owner opened the door for us and welcomed us in. We had to wait a moment till they had a table for us, so they gave us menus to look at in the meantime. The food was delicious and very filling. There were quite a number of staff on hand, so we had wonderful service. They were very quick to refill our water and respond to any needs. I would definitely go here again!“

“I’ve been here a lot if times, it’s a neighborhood staple. The drinks are not only beautiful but they are creative flavors as well. I love coming here to try new ones if the season. The inside is like a dream, so cutely decorated and cozy. The owner is very charming and clearly cares a lot about her business. Kubra is the sweetest barista and always greets you with a smile. “I come here when I need work done on my car, since my mechanic is a few blocks away , unfortunately it has been too often. Coming to Breakhouse puts some good vibes Into the trip. I get here early, I love their breakfast selections. The coffee is good but cappuccino is even better. They have a very clean and comfortable bathroom. If I lived closer, I'd be here very often. “I'm a big fan of this place. I love coming here and getting their egg wraps or a muffin. They already know me for that 😂. But they're super attentive, diligent, and very courteous. The food is always good and I've never had a problem. They also have good coffee which rules. You can also snag a delicious breakfast burrito for about $10 so especially finding a place to eat in Midtown. It's perfect.“

It's good to know if you find yourself in the South Bronx (should you dare to roam these streets) that there's decent food here. I went here twice since I had something business related to do down here. The atmosphere of the diner is the major area that needs improvement but is pleasant. Sometimes a dark, old looking, low intensity environment is good though, especially if you're feeling down as I often am.“

“Small neighborhood, whole in the wall kind of place. We were so pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. We went before noon and had egg platter breakfast and the tempura udon. Weird combo but worked somehow. Breakfast was good but the udon was sooo good! Brother was delicious! I think it beats many of the udons expensive restaurants. It will be one of our staple places for breakfast“
