“I had my son's wedding rehearsal dinner at Zona last night. I was originally booked to have the party on Saturday, but the bride came down with the flu. Gianna was so helpful and accommodating. She was able to change the date for me without hesitation. The day of the affair, the staff was so helpful in getting the room set up for us. Our waitress, Jodi, was absolutely incredible. She made sure that our guests had a fresh drink before they even realized their drink was empty. The food was delicious and plentiful. But most of all, the service that Jodi provided to us was outstanding. I would book another event at Zona without hesitation.”

The food, the service, the staff could not have been better. All of the 55 guests raved about every aspect of the gathering. Many of these guests had never been to Bacaro before but now said they would definitely be coming back. If I had to come up with one negative… I couldn’t. “This place has good food. I had a quessadilla I liked and I shared a pretzel with beer cheese that was good too. My friends liked their Shepherds pie and fish & chips. There is a huge menu selection. It is a nice place to eat dinner and a nice large place that has many tvs around, a bar and live music which is Great! I will definitely go back here again!”

“I’m here at least once a week, it’s the best açaí of the local places….not freezer burned, not sweet but not bitter either and the consistency is scoop-able and great. Been coming for years! The product is super fresh. Different locations have different products like lunch items, the smaller locations tend to focus on breakfast. They have a young staff all really nice. Highly recommend.”

“Had lunch here today for the first time and everything was excellent! Went with a group and we ordered appetizers to share. Mozzarella sticks, fried pickles, potato wontons, onion rings, everything pretzel and fried mozzarella — delicious!!! We were seated right away and the waitress was very friendly and efficient. “Let me tell you, he makes THE BEST potato salad I've had in years. The place could use a face lift, unfortunately, it might be a little off-putting to some people. But get past it, cause the food is great. I've only gotten lunch so far, but I'm sure he does a good breakfast sandwich as well (I'll try that soon). “It’s amazing to have massapequa perk open and safe during Covid. And my once a week thrill gives me life. We appreciate you, and can’t wait for this to be over. I take my walks through Massapequa to Massapequa Park and always bring my dog. I understand that I can’t bring him in but I totally forgot and was politely asked to keep him outside. I completely understand. The girl was so sweet and she gave me a little whip cream for my little fur baby. Love this place”

“This place is making so much money off me. Its the freshest, cheapest, fast food place thats open late with no wait time lol. Love the chicken over rice. Always on point. Just wish they didn’t run out of the oinion and pepper mix all the time. It completes the flavor but then again I come here so late at 11pm so can’t complain lol”

“I made online purchase a few months ago with my credit card. Someone from your restaurant hacked it for small amounts. This past Saturday my daughter placed an order and her credit card was hacked for over $2000. I tried calling restaurant to let the owner know he had a dishonest employee. They told me he was not there very nasty and hung up. I will call again he should know. All purchased were made locally. Advising not to use your credit card when purchasing from this establishment.”
