They were so accommodating to my and our guests' food intolerances. Usually food is a hassle for me and they made it something exciting! Our guests were talking about the food for weeks afterwards. Danielle was amazing to work with planning the menu to suit our budget. Making adjustments as needed. “Just left Roccos Pizza and had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Pete. He’s an absolutely gentleman and I wish him and the new pizzeria plenty of luck. I just say that the place was immaculately clean and has an old school Italy feel to it. Tried the Drunken Grandma Pie and it was delicious! It clearly has a homemade sauce and was made with the freshest of ingredients. They also have a great family meal deal where you get a pie, a dozen knots and a dozen wings. I’ll be looking to get that for Sunday football in the weeks to come! I will absolutely be back to try all the other food that Roccos has to offer! **Highly recommend**“

“My mom threw my baby shower at her home this past weekend. During the planning process we reached out to the world of Facebook for recommendations. We heard the culinary studio mentioned multiple times so we went with them. We are so glad we did. The food was incredible. The staff was perfect and not overbearing at all. They maybe had one or two questions for us at the beginning and then let my mom and I just enjoy the party. Everyone raved about the quality of the food, and they were right, it was delicious. When they were done the leftovers were packed away and ready for us to continue to enjoy the next day. Thank you for making my shower a day I will never forget.“

“I found this after my midnight workout driving down DPA coming home from the gym. Little pricey(but what isnt) but all in all, the food was down right delicious. Then a week later, I got a craving for it again. Mix and match what you want in the wraps or bowl, LIttle of this , little of that, put that sauce here on the side. The hot salsa has a kick.“

We were 7 adults and 5 kids under 5 years of age and she served up a triple appetizer platter for pre-dinner cocktails as well as a plated 3 course dinner for each of us in my home with a well thought out menu we helped created with her. The food was unbelievable - surf & turf for adults with a specially prepared kid friendly dinner as well -- ending with a mouthwatering mousse cake! Utmost professional service, totally prepared and served by a warm, friendly, attentive waitress, Victoria. They were a dynamic team and I can't say enough about sitting back and having these wonderful women do all the work as we sat back to enjoy the celebration. He does an amazing job, and made the process simple, stress-free, and all at a very competitive price.The food was amazing and there was nothing but compliments from friends and family about how well the venue was set up and how great the service was.Brian has the resources and skill to host a wide variety of events, large or small, and has a very capable staff.His food was delicious, and he was readily able to accommodate various dietary restrictions for our guests.I especially appreciated how his contract for the wedding package was simple, straightforward, extremely accommodating to our needs, and there were no surprises.Brian is very down to earth and makes himself readily available over phone, email, and in person.We were absolutely impressed with how EASY he made everything for us.In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Brian went above and beyond for us repeatedly and truly made us feel like VIPs. “Guess what? We had a blast at the 50th high school reunion of Wantagh HS class of 1975! It was held at the Hartigan house in Bethpage, and it was absolutely incredible! Kevin, the manager and his team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We had an open bar, and the bartenders were making all sorts of delicious drinks like chocolate martinis and cosmos. It was one of the best reunions we’ve ever had, and we can’t thank the Hartigan House enough for making it so special.
