After going to a local store to buy the product, it was an obvious production mistake when the bottle was plastic sealed but no cork. I just informed the customer support about that and they offer a new bottle. Not only did they do that, they also sent a sample size of other ones. As a business owner myself, I truly respect and appreciate the customer service aspect you presented. Wish you guys all the best and you have a constant customer of your product going forward.“
