I've been to a lot of Starbucks locations, but this one stands out...because of Matt and other great baristas there.

Calling out Matt bc he isn't just a great barista. He's the kind of person who elevates everyone around him. He remembers orders, creates beautiful latte art on flat whites, and genuinely cares about every customer who walks through the door. You can hear him behind the bar staying on top of every detail, coordinating the team, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

I actually asked him once what his long-term goals were, because it's obvious he's one of those rare people who would excel at anything they choose to do. The fact that he's chosen to bring that energy and attention to detail to making great coffee experiences? We're lucky to have him.

His team reflects his leadership. Special shout-out to Tommy, who keeps the space welcoming and adds his own warmth to the vibe.

I work from my favorite table here regularly, and it's become more than just a coffee shop. It's a place where people care about what they do and who they serve. That starts with Matt and radiates outward.
