“Great Food, Great Service, The Staff is Great, There's Welcoming Atmosphere that is Family Oriented which is what you would expect from a Family Owned Business. They're involved with numerous Charities from coats and toys for the needy, to Cancer Research, for our Men and Women in the Armed Services. They donate to local hospitals events and fundraisers. I've tried Bagel Stores from Miller Place to Stony Brook, from Coram to Port Jeff, including other Strathmore's and by far Strathmore of Mount Sinai has been the best.“

“I have been to Brendels multiple times since they have opened. Let me tell you, I have never been disappointed. I drive 15 minutes to go to Brendels whenever I want breakfast (at least 2x a week) and pass multiple bagel places on the way.

The owners are often present here and are behind the counter working ensuring that service is going smoothly. My food has always been delicious and they have a large variety and great specials. Once you go here, you won't be going anywhere else (at least that is what happened to me).

I believe they are a local family that owns it and that is what brought me in the first time to give them a chance. Now they have me hooked!!

“I just ordered the Ballfield-Chicken Cutlet, Bacon, Melted Swiss, Onion Rings, Russian dressing on Garlic Hero , It was the best Hero I have had in a long time. “I've always been going to this location due to its convenience but now that it's under new ownership this year, not only is it better but you get more for your dollar. The prices now are actually better than they were under previous management. Great combinations for breakfast or lunch, many fresh cream cheeses and bagels/flagles. I highly recommend this location. If you cannot find it, go right past the Walgreens if you are heading north on Terry and turn where it says massage envy because it is easy to miss. If you hit Maureen's, you went too far north. It will be on your right.“

“My family has been getting breakfast from this place ever since we’ve moved here 8 years ago and almost everything we’ve got were delicious. The bagels are soft and warm, you could choose from all different types of cream cheese and the breakfast sandwiches are amazing. “That’s definitely a amazing breakfast spot, they all are so loving and always go above and beyond for their customers and I witnessed it but today whoever lady was on register I guess related with owners or one of the Owner I’m not sure about it and I don’t want to because for one coffee and for a few cents, she became so rude and it was an embarrassment because other customers were standing over there. I went there like hundred times I never had such bad experience which I had today and I don’t want to go there anymore. “I’ve been getting bagels here since the early 2000s. Their bagels are my favorite, tighter and denser than a lot of other places in the area, which I prefer. Their bagel sandwiches are delicious.Coffee could be stronger and hotter though, and it’s more expensive than the competition. I remember when the bagel sandwiches were like 5+ dollars, now they’re almost 11. I realize everything in the area has gone up, though, so it is what it is.“

“I ordered a Bacon, egg and cheese on a roll with 2 eggs. While I waited I also received a coffee with the order and when I got my meal it also came with home fries. Total was $10.85 with tax. I enjoyed the food very much.

Im from boston. we come by good bagels every so often. but my girlfriend brought me here because she is from the area and now EVERY TIME i come to her home town the first thing i ask is "can we get everyday bagel?"
