“This Dunkin’ is very efficient! I visited on a Saturday afternoon and it was super quick and smooth drive thru order. I got a strawberry donut, an avocado toast and a small chocolate shake. Everything was great and it was quick! The parking lot is def another issue as the shopping strip itself is awkward but I had a great experience.“

“I love dunkin and I always want to try new drinks, however having life-threatening allergies always held me back due to people getting annoyed having to do things more carefully to avoid cross contamination. George at the medford dunkin let me read the ingredients on the banana cold foam so i didnt have to worry and even used a sealed fork to stir it so i didnt have to worry about cross contamination with almond milk with the general stirring spoon! He did all of this with a smile and I was able to enjoy this delicious drink without worry! It’s so rare to find people so accommodating and willing to go the extra mile for someone with allergies but I am so glad he did and I will definitely be back! I’m so glad my allergies were met with such a positive and understanding reaction to what some would call a burden of an order! It may not seem like a big deal to most people, but as a teen its so hard to be taken seriously sometimes or treated with respect and kindness over rude and disrespectfulness so i am so glad it was George who took and made my order!“

“This dunkin is small and gets crowded on the weekends when the soccer fields are open but every time we go, the service is always great and very clean. The two ladies at the register are always pleasant. one time, they made a mistake on the coffee order, remade the coffee and gifted me the first one.“

“Not the worst Dunkin', but it seems to be understaffed as there was only one employee there when I went. On top of that, they only have agave straws, which were off putting because I thought the specs on them meant that they were dirty.“

“Long story short, ordered a birthday cake for my son here and it was a sheet cake with a customized picture on it. I did it and paid on the app and it was simple. I wish that there were more options for just ice cream cake (either cake options with ice cream options or the signature chocolate and vanilla fudge crunch cakes for customized cakes at least, they do have lots of others with different flavors but not the ones he wanted). Anyways, the morning of my cake order (5pm pick up), I got a call from Baskin Robbins and it was a very kind and concerned staff member who said she was doing my order and there was a slight issue with the quality of the picture. I panicked but she reassured me that she would make it perfect. She asked me to text her the picture and she would take care of it. She also asked about my red icing request and said it wouldn't be a problem. I was so grateful for her caring demeanor and that she totally went out of her way to make it perfect for us! She did excellent. We, especially my son, loved the cake! She even followed up on us and I thanked her for her thoughtful and caring attitude. I highly recommend this location and will be back for future events for sure.“

“It was good. Just a typical Dunkin. Got a frozen coffee, no complaints was made just fine. Staff was a bunch of teenage girls, no complaints about them either. Sorry I don't know much to say because it's literally like every other Dunkin you go into lol“

“I go almost every Tuesday with my son for the BOGO sundaes. Place is somewhat clean and staff is friendly. They could maintain the eat in area better. They know me there so they always hook me up with nice portions. It is also a dunkin donut store so a Boston cream donut is usually a staple to order. The ice cream is always good and on Tuesday it is worth the price. When it is not BOGO it would be not worth the price of $15 for 2 sundaes. It is a bonding time with my son which is worth it no mater the cost.“

“The staff are generally very helpful and accommodating, but beware of the commuters. If you are traveling in to the city please be respectful of the regular commuters and order quickly. Remember these people are on their way to work and your dilly dallying could make them late. Also remember to follow the queue signs and don't mill about in front of the register.If you are a regular the staff will have your order ready the moment they see you on the line. They may not know your name but they know how you take your coffee and that is something special.“

“I prefer the donuts over the hot coffee. While nothing seems special from the coffee the donuts are very good and this location also provides special ones according to the season.

Parking: This parking lot is smaller and is shared by several different businesses. So beware that on some days and time parking could be cramped.“
