You have to get mezze and extra bread (must try the kubane). We also ended up getting three orders of the shishbarak for the six of us, it is way too good! I got the salmon for my entree which was cooked to perfection and beautifully seasoned. Spencer our server recommended the silan and the cheesecake for dessert so we shared those and boy were they something special- I can’t pick a favorite! We both got breakfast burritos and they were delicious. I do wish there was some kind of salsa option but the chipotle mayo was really tasty with it. It was very difficult to choose what to get because the whole menu sounds incredible. I was worried the food would be too heavy but there's a large selection of healthier looking options as well. We always have their Mediterranean sampler and their penne a la bolognese. We tried their pesto penne yesterday and it was so tasty! We also had their buffalo cauliflower wings for a lil kick! My Mother’s Day would not be complete without their chocolate cranberry tart! We also had their Turmeric Latte (coconut milk) to go. “Around 6:30 in the evening on weekdays, the store is almost full, business is pretty good, and the store also takes a lot of takeout orders.
The two of us ordered a bowl of mixed beef pho, a fried spring roll and a pork bun, and were very satisfied with everything. The fried spring rolls were very hot when they were freshly fried. They were crispy on the outside and filled with minced pork. They were delicious with the dipping sauce. There are three pork buns in a portion, and the fillings are crispy pork belly, pickled radish and sweet noodle sauce. This combination is unexpectedly harmonious and very satisfying. It is my favorite. The beef rice noodles contain beef tendons, beef slices and beef balls. There is not much meat but a lot of rice noodles. The soup is sweet and has a bit of Chinese medicine. It is just right for two people to share a bowl.“
