“JADEN, our server, was very courteous, attentive and friendly. Today I enjoyed fried okra with a spicy chili sauce on the side. In addition I was treated to two large salmon cakes accompanied by grits with Gouda cheese.
My nephew described JADEN as a server who provided excellent service. The food he ordered was also excellent; whiting with grits, as well as, a side of six cheese Mac & cheese.
The take home orders for Mommy was collard greens, potato salad and yams.
I Have been to MY FATHER’S HOUSE many times for various celebrations and even for a night out with friends.
IT IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE RESTAURANTS.“

“The food was SO good! Everything tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and like real homemade soul food. The mac & cheese was made to perfection, the turkey wings were fall-apart tender and flavorful, and the fried fish was crispy and seasoned perfectly. Portions were good and the customer service was good as well. Definitely a hidden gem and worth trying we’ll be back! 10/10 👏🏾“
