“Went to pick up some food and it would be a few more minutes. So I got a chance to watch them all preparing for the lunch rush. There's nothing like food that was prepared perfectly. These women should be proud if the job they do. It's easy to overlook the work that goes into freshly prepared. Incredible and I can't wait to go back. You owe it to yourself to try a restaurant in your own neighborhood that you didn't even realize was there and how good it was. I should of taken a picture of the food. No more smashed cheese burger from the big chains. Open your mind to ideas for lunch and try these small privately owned places. They take so much pride into their work. Ordered combo three and it came with ALOT of food. The pernil (roast pork) was great, the bistec was just ok. Good flavor but a little tough. Yellow rice and red beans were excellent. The platanos had good flavor but I like them a little wetter and softer. Oxtail was very good.

Empanadas were also solid. I’ve had better but these weren’t bad.

Not the best Dominican food I’ve ever had but this definitely satisfies a craving and nothing like it in the area.

The sweet plaintains were’t really very sweet how I like them but they were pretty good. The chicken empanadas were good and cheesy but I wish they had beef and cheese instead.Overall this is a pretty good lunch spot, and considering the area not too unreasonably priced. I would definitely go back here again.

Parking: There is no parking lot. You have to park in the street.
