“This is my favorite local Dunkin. They are fast, efficient and super friendly. I prefer to order through the app - and they always have my order ready (Even if I just ordered less than 5min before.) The woman who runs the drive through speaker is always on point and very sweet.

“This place is an actual gem. I stopped by on what was arguably probably their busiest day this whole year and unfortunately had to leave before I could order. I came back the next day and not only did the co-owners remember me and apologize for the long wait time, they had surveyed almost everyone in line in order to get ideas on how to improve the wait time and ordering process and it worked! Truly so impressed by this level of customer service and dedication to your business. It’s so rare to see that these days and it’s why small businesses are the heart and soul of a town. On top of that, my drink was fantastic, the place was sparkling clean with a super calming atmosphere, and all of the employees were 100% on it, even towards the end of another insanely busy day. Kudos to battling a worldwide matcha shortage, increased popularity from TikTok, and a super busy fall season. I will be back every time I’m in Beacon!“
