The food was just as excellent as the service by Ulises after watching Carmen at the Met!
We started with the Parisian Love and the 65 Lincoln drinks, then we had the Hamachi Crudo, Steak Tartare for appetizers and Frenchie Burgers and the Black Sea Bass which were outstanding!
Rounded it all up with the Devil’s Food cake and a Mango Raspberry Tart.
We cannot wait to go back!

Have eaten there before but not recently. The food was poor. The size of the servings particularly the salads was very small and overpriced. Yes I know prices have risen, I live in a large city and understand why.
Service not great either. Should have been better after the theatre
goers left, but did not notice any improvement. The people seated near us were not happy either and said they would not return.

We were excited to dine at Boulud before a ballet performance, given its reputation and the name behind it. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Despite plenty of visible empty tables around 6:30 PM, the hostess told us the only availability was after 8 PM. We settled for the bar instead, but service went downhill from there.

Brasserie Boulud is a restaurant near the opera house, very conveniently located for dinner before a performance. The menu is creative and well-executed, with specific praise for the onion soup. Dishes like the Ōra king salmon, Entrecôte, beef tartare, pâté, snails, and the Grapefruit Givré dessert are noted.
