Blank Street has excellent customer service. The staff are kind and helpful. They make great drinks, including an excellent iced coffee. The team at different locations, such as 3rd avenue, 5th x 31st, and 34th st, are always upbeat and full of energy. They greet customers with a smile and treat them like guests. The staff are patient and knowledgeable, helping customers find what they want. They also play great music, like Britney Spears. Sometimes, customers even get their drinks for free, like a small black coffee. Blank Street has a great vibe and the staff are always willing to make customers' days better. The staff, including those at the 3rd avenue and 34th st locations, are sweet and remember customers' orders, even if they don't come in often.
