Love the entire crew at Dig!! Super helpful!!
This DIG is definitely worth a visit. The food can be beautifully simple, like their roasted sweet potatoes, but my favorites are the tofu and carrots — the herbs and seasoning are hard to describe, but absolutely delicious.
Today they had several new seasonal dishes, and Tristan was fantastic at explaining and recommending them. I ended up happily paying for two extras!
