“My Girl Scout troop of newly graduated Ambassadors spent 4 days in NYC and we stayed right next door to Bear Donut. We went there literally every day, sometimes more than once and cannot recommend it enough!! Friendly and helpful staff, delicious donuts, breakfast sandwiches and coffees!!“

“The Donut Pub has been in NYC since the 1960s, and the donuts taste like they have never compromised on quality for the last sixty years. These are literally the freshest-tasting donuts I’ve had in NYC: they melt in your mouth. I stuck with a few different flavors of mini donuts so that I could enjoy multiple flavors at the same time. That said, they have tons of creatively flavored donuts, croissant donuts and cake donuts. It will be a tough decision, especially if you like a variety of fillings and frostings. Also very cute old school diner vibes—would be a great place to catch up with a friend.“

“I go to New York City once year: My co-workers and I take a group of theater students, we see 8 broadways shows, I get a *carrot cake donut* at the Doughnut Plant in Grand Central Station, and I’m a happy girl for one more year. I always have a good experience! I get my favorite, and then something new. Everything I’ve ever tried there has been phenomenal. (This time is was a coffee cake doughnut - it was inspired! SO good!) If Doughnut Plant moved its location to the moon, I’d probably just start taking my theater students there instead, just so I could get my yearly taste test at Doughnut Plant.“

“As most places in NYC, we stumbled upon this bakery. Once your eyes see it, I challenge you to not go into it. It’s a very colorful place and the person who served us was incredibly patient and friendly (I kept coming back to add to my order). The coffee was very, very good, my cortado was perfect.
We got a couple of pastries for the following day and the croissant (I’m French) was very good even after a day. It was filled with pistachio cream and the size was just right, the cream very nutty and not overly sweet and sickly. Shame we live so far away because I’d make it a regular.“
“A welcome doughnut shop to Bleecker St in Greenwich Village. The “long John with cream” was a bit of a disappointment for me (it’s got a very thick coating of chocolate on the outside and custard inside, not vanilla cream), but the glazed buttermilk made up for it. I’ll go back to try more varieties.“

“My opinion is 9.1/10. Def lived up to hype. I had the yuzu, has a lemon flavor and I did enjoy it. If back in the area would try other flavors I heard the boba is what they are know for. “Lemon loaf is on point - you definitely taste the lemon, not too sweet, perfect pairing with my coffee which was a maple cardamom latte with almond milk - sounds good right! It was good. Smelled great and tasted great. Nice and warm for a cold NY day. Love the art on the walls I believe it’s from local kids. Sharing pic of my fav.“

“We visited I’m donut ? during our NYC trip, and since it was literally right across the street from our hotel l, and we’re huge donut fans, we couldn’t resist. This spot is known for having lines out the door, and they’re even prepared with clipboards and menus for guests ordering while waiting outside. But we must have hit the magical quiet window because we walked in during a slow moment and were welcomed inside right away. Within minutes, more people started arriving, so our timing couldn’t have been better.
Ordering is done through a paper checklist where you pick your donuts and drinks. It’s simple, fast, and honestly kind of fun. We tried a mix of flavors: the seasonal pumpkin donut, the scrambled egg donut, the sausage donut, the chocolate nama donut, and the plain original. I also ordered a hojicha latte with oat milk, which was refreshing and paired nicely with the donuts. They don’t offer coffee or espresso lattes at the moment, but it wasn’t a downside at all, the tea-based drinks fit the vibe perfectly.
The donuts absolutely lived up to the hype. They’re soft, airy, melt-in-your-mouth, and really unlike any donut we’ve had before. The big surprise? The scrambled egg donut, it sounds unusual, but it was incredible and ended up being the standout of the bunch. Perfectly savory, super tender, and honestly the perfect quick breakfast before exploring the city.
We took our box over to Bryant Park and enjoyed everything in the fresh morning air. It was such a treat and a great way to start the day. If you’re anywhere near Times Square (or even if you’re not), I’m donut ? is absolutely worth the stop.“

“Got the original glazed and tried the cinnamon roll. Never had krispy kreme before and it's ok, didn't blow me away with all the hype I've heard about them. The original glazed was good and the cinnamon roll tasted like a honey bun, would say it could used more cinnamon filling.
Tried the Cookie Biscoff flavor, was pretty good flavor and good mix of textures.“

“If you’re ever in the Bronx and you don’t stop at Gino’s Pastry Shop, you’re missing out on a piece of real New York history. This Arthur Avenue staple has been serving up authentic Italian pastries for decades, and it’s exactly what you want from an old-school bakery — no frills, just flavor and tradition. The cannoli? Legendary. They fill them fresh to order, and the shells are crisp, flaky perfection with creamy ricotta that tastes like it was whipped up by someone’s Nonna in the back. The sfogliatelle and lobster tails are equally iconic — sweet, buttery, and loaded with filling. Don’t sleep on the rainbow cookies either — they’re dense, almondy, and always spot-on. The shop itself is cozy, with that classic Italian-American charm. Gino and the crew treat you like family, whether it’s your first time or your fiftieth. Prices are super fair for the quality, and it’s cash-only — so come prepared. Bottom line: Gino’s isn’t just a pastry shop, it’s a Bronx institution. Worth the trip, worth the calories, and worth every bite.“

“this place is a lovely grab and go type of spot (along with the 2 restaurants it shares the building with, machi machi for drinks and jongro rice hot dog for corndogs — both very good too). you pay for however many donuts at the kiosk and then tell the employee which one you want. super quick process. the donuts were a bit hard, im assuming they were made earlier and then just kept stored to be handed out. if they stayed in a warmer or something they’d have stayed soft. not a problem for me since i went home and heated them up a bit, but it does mean you dont get the best experience you can from just a visit. that being said, i think the mochi donuts here are ever so slightly cheaper than other places, which is nice. when looking online for flavors, i found there were a few missing, so my pictures should have all of the flavors as of october 2025 (im assuming halloween pumpkin is a seasonal one!!)
overall def recommend this place :) esp to grab a corn dog and/or drink too all in one go“

“Stopped in at a busy time, there was a line of about 5-7 people with 1 staff member that evening. He was patient and thorough with each person, he seemed to know everything and provided recommendations if they didn't have what a customer was asking for. I'd recommend“

“Mochi Dolci is one of my favorite places in the UWS. It's a family-owned business that TRULY CARES about the people that walk in for food, drinks, and hanging out. I love many of their #mochidonuts - classics like black sesame and taro but I love their playful ones such as fruity pebbles. Other dishes are good to such as their pork belly bao, mango salad, and dumplings. Of course, their #milktea and #bobatea are delicious. I recently tried their matcha milk tea with strawberry popping boba. Their place is cozy and welcoming. They have a speakeasy too - I have not been, but they were kind to let me explore it (with their permission). I look forward to come back for drinks and food with friends! Easily 5 stars and ABOVE! 🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩“

“I love this cafe, ive met some great people here.
Things to know is the food is limited. Just pastries and yogurt really. If you are looking to read a book, work in a laptop and have a coffee. This is a cute vibe. The coffee bean blend is actually good but all the baristas dont know too much about milk frothing. They’ve burnt every coffee I’ve had. I come back because of the vibe, but I have to go other places in the neighborhood when I want a consistently good coffee, not burnt.“

“Obviously just judging them on the quality as a Dunkin, they’re doing ok but still finding their footing. Maybe it’s just me, but the coffee tastes fresher at the other UWS Dunkin locations — and the employees here seem perpetually lost. But they’re improving over time so I think they’ll be a great location in the end.“
“(Translated by Google) The place is huge, a great experience because as soon as you wait in line you get to see the factory and the process. It's a lot of people but the line flows fast. “Happy cow won’t let me give them a 5-star rating but I know they are fully vegan. They had a sign inside that said so. The flavors were so delicious and unique, and I love the chewy, yeast donuts rather than cake donuts. Staff were very kind and offered a sample of one! Would highly recommend.“

“There's limited seating at this location, whereas many other locations do not have seating. The food is excellent, and so is the family that runs the place. I have visited this location more than 10 times, and Auntie in the back makes sure I get plenty to eat 🤣. These are the kinds of individuals who are family-oriented and genuinely love what they do. And I love that. The wifi is superb. The drinks are even better. There are no long wait times unless it's bustling, but they get everything done pretty quickly. They accept cards or cash. Open Monday through Sunday. They are clean and sanitary. The lobby has napkins and a window seat if you want to watch people walk by.“

“☕ My Visit to Dunkin’ near Times Square, New York City
During my visit to Times Square, I stopped by a nearby Dunkin’ for a quick coffee break — and it was the perfect pick-me-up amid all the city’s excitement! The location is convenient, just steps away from the main square, making it easy to grab a coffee or snack while exploring.
The staff were friendly and quick, even with the constant rush of customers. My iced coffee was perfectly brewed, and the Boston cream donut was fresh and delicious. The store was clean, bright, and had limited but cozy seating — great for a short rest before heading back into the crowd.
📍 Tips for Visitors:
• Ideal spot for a quick breakfast or coffee on the go.
• Expect it to be busy, especially in the mornings.
• Try their seasonal flavors — they always have something new!
Overall, this Dunkin’ near Times Square is a reliable, affordable, and satisfying stop for coffee lovers visiting New York. ☕🍩“

“The Donut Pub is a NYC classic for a reason. We love the cronuts here. They are flaky, buttery, perfectly sweet, and always done right with great toppings and fillings.
